I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and my experience was truly outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location, situated in the heart of the city and close to the beach The rooms were clean and well-organized, furniture that ensured complete comfort. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The service was quick and efficient, whether at the reception or the restaurant. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. Additionally there were extra services like free Wi-Fi . The prices were reasonable considering the quality of services provided. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay and a memorable experience.

Everything went well

- very friendly staff - excellent location - we were on the 1st floor and had an awesome terrace - the breakfast is good - very good value for money

- the floor in our room was full with sand when we arrived. It is quite fine sand at the beach though, so I guess it‘s a challenge to clean up everything perfectly. :-) - we‘ve booked a double bed and a sofa bed through booking, but they had only a room with a bunk bed. Our kids are too small to sleep on the upper bed, but they fixed it pretty quickly. It‘s just something to keep in mind when you book a sofa bed through booking.

Hotel management was very accommodating - I needed some last-moment adjustments to my bookings and they helped me with everything. I liked the balcony of the hotel very much. Breakfast was okay, and the food selection was not very diverse, but it got the job done. I also liked the beds. The location also was nice, it's very close to the sea, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants , both big and small ones. There is also a small shop nearby that works until almost midnight, which is also very useful.

Breakfast is the only thing that might be improved, but to be fair it is not really bad. There also was no fridge or teapot in the room, but that is mentioned in the description - just something you need to be aware of.

- Warm and friendly greeting, and all the staff, from the owner till the housekeeper, were always very friendly and open. - Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach, a big bonus for the umbrella and the lounger included in the price of the room. - Pretty small room, but even for us (2 grownups and 1 baby) it was ok. Comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom. - Very good breakfast, you won't stay hungry for sure. They don't have scrambled eggs every day, but you can boil some instead if you want. The coffee was also tasty. - The hotel is located on the main local street I guess, it was loud every evening. Still in the room wasn't loud at all, even the baby good sleep well (I must mention that the AC was always on and that produced a bit of noise, which also helped to diminish the noise from outside, but the windows isolated the noise also pretty well).

- We didn't quite like the bread, but I think that's a common problem, not specifically in this hotel. - Would be nice to have 1-2 sort of cheese more, or also chicken ham, not only pork.

The hotel is located very near the sandy beach on the lively streets. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, great hotel!

Breakfast could be more diverse. I have really missed omelette. The room would also benefit from a little fridge.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent hotel location – close to the beach and the promenade. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The price also includes a sunbed and umbrella on the beach, which is a great bonus. Very satisfied, would gladly come back!

Location was fantastic, Great Balcony and view, Room Cleaned early ( but never disturbed before breakfast by cleaner) every day so no waiting around for to change towels or sheets if you come back from the beach and need a shower or want to rest for a bit, Free recliners and parasols on the beach area was great also. Would definitely go back!

Only very minor issue was having to go back down to reception to get air con switched on most days,

Cute little hotel close to the beach, rooms are very clean and the location is perfect to feel the heart of Jesolo. Breakfast is realy good and the staff is friendly, we will come back as soon as possible ❤️

Our room was a little small, so was the bed but everything else was perfect so it didn’t bother us that much.

Our second family stay here and we still hope to return next time - location, staff, terrace (we had same room for both stays) everything excellent!

We were surprised that restaurant of hotel was not working for lunch and dinner (only for breakfast) but hotel provided discount for nearby restaurants - one right next to the hotel entrance was really great!

Charming small hotel in a very good location (beach is 2 minutes). The hotel has its private beach with parasols and sunbeds that is free for the hotel's guests. Rooms are spotless clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast includes only cold foods (no omlettes, sausages, bacon, etc) but everything was fresh and tasty, we could always find something good to eat. Good wifi and perfect air-condition in the rooms. And what we loved the most : the staff. They were absolutely nice and helpful and did everything to make our vacation great - BIG THANK YOU!

There's no fridge in the rooms. Because the summer is very hot, it would be great to have even a small one. Breakfast is only available till 9:30. It was a bit too early for us. In vacation it would be better if we could have breakfast till 10:30.
