Welcoming staff, soft climate with beautiful trees which create shadow if you go out in town, awesome spa (several hamam options, panaramic sauna, complimentary soap and scrub) and pool area with various temperatures especially good for children, food was excellent served as buffet and menu choices (everyday we had fresh fruits, fresh veges and salads, variety of seafood, delicious pizza, deserts, amazing coffee) to make story short i believe the Chief and his team are super profi. Already miss my time on the balcony with nespresso coffee

I would recommend serving complimentary daily water or put a dispenser on each floor. It would be nice to have complimentary airport transfers similar to Ikos and Jumeriah resorts (say for those staying min one week)

Checkin was fantastic. I saw first time that the staff is escorting with you to the rooms and give you chance to pick one. They told that they are trying to give at least 2 options to the guests to choose. Rooms and all public areas were extremely clean and everything are white and well maintained. Beach is basically a few steps away and there is a dedicated area for Falkensteiner which they only accept hotel guests. They give towels and also provide very nice service. Staff are very professional.

Only the cost... I didn't regret but I would love to visit more often if the price is a bit more favourable. 550 EUR/night is too much in that area but quality is undeniable

The look of the hotel is amazing, the decor really beautiful, the staff all very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff. All spoke many languages which is commendable.

We were not aware that the hotel also caterd for the apartment residences next door. That meant that there were sometimes too many people for breakfast. Also that the pool area was permanently full and it turned impossible to find sunbeds. The menu options at the beach bar was a little limited,

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out. Also they were extremely kind to give my husband a complimentary birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

The hotel was exactly like they say on their webpage! Normally when you book at a hotel, you brace yourself that the pictures no longer represent reality or the hotel ad has just taken it too far. I am happy to say that at Frankensteiner we got exactly the 5-star experience they promised. Thank you so much for making our hotel stay such a wonderful experience. Your attention to detail and kindness made us feel right at home.

Facility and design of hotel is great. Availability of pool and dinning area are also perfect. Staff is very friendly and welcome.

They do not allow you to use first three rows on the beach if you are not apartment guest, even if there are free sun beds.

Beautiful resort and the staff is phenomenal! The hotel is beautiful and has many amenities. You can eat on the beach, the staff is very attentive and will check on you frequently.

It is a 5 star resort but I wish it was more economical, only so I can visit longer.

Food is in general exceptional, very nice pools, own beach with reserved sunbeds, free bikes and SUP to take, proper everyday room cleaning. The childcare in the kids' club was outstanding, our son could not wait to go there. 22kw destination chargers to charge your EV for free.

Bedroom window was super dirty from outside, apparently never got cleaned (they'd need an external lift for that, but still...). Room service was changing towels multiple times a day, rang us up once even at 10pm. The takeaway breakfast they prepared for us on the morning of departure was a bit of a disappointment, especially considering how good the breakfast buffet was.

The interior design could be cosier and the service at the beach could be more frequent.

I'll start my review with a statement: The hotel is a dream, from A-Z. Already at the check-in you feel at home, the nice front office team greeted me warmly, my luggage was brought to my room immediately and the rooming was also excellent. Once in the room, a light-flooded Mediterranean nest with a very comfortable bed awaited me. The two restaurants, Artigiani and HOKU, just wow. I was overwhelmed by the pleasure of both restaurants, especially the breakfast at Artigiani leaves nothing to be desired. The new SPA left me speechless too, as I know of no other hotel on the Italian Mediterranean with such a wellness area, I especially liked the Hamam area and the new Finnish outdoor sauna with sea view. The location itself is also perfect, right on the private beach and easy to reach by car. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I have rarely felt so well looked after and served. I will be back and hopefully soon.

As described above, the hotel leaves nothing to be desired, everything just fits and I couldn't imagine a better hotel.
