The location was good. The appartment comfortable. The staff helpful. Didn't spam with many emails. Facilities in the appartment were good. A lot of balconies in all directions. It is located on the main shopping street. Within 500m left and right you could find all the necessary shops that you need.

The illumination in the corridor was living with it's life. Sometimes was on sometimes you need to press the button to see your way. Strangely thereare sensors for AC in the apartment but no proximity sensor for the illumination in the corridor. The problem itself not big if there wouldn't be a platform for strollers. Sometimes foot hits the platform when approaching to the turn and you don't see anything because of illumination.

beds weren’t very comfortable and apparently need to bring your own bedding and towels. we were told ‘it’s not a hotel’ this is disappointing.

The location is perfect. The beach and the pedestrian street are also very, very close. The rented apartment was clean and spacious, we could fit in very well. Thank you for allowing us to bring our puppy. The ladies in the office were very nice.

We just have one small comment. It would be nice if you could book the accommodation earlier, not just between 4 and 6 in the afternoon. But this is not a criticism, rather it would have been easier for us with small children, so that we could have rested earlier.

The staff was super nice and helpful. We didn't have hot water at the beginning, and the staff came and fixed it asap. Whenever we needed something, they did their best. The location is perfect! Close to the shops, the sea, restaurants and the bus station. The rooms were neat! The wi-fi was ok, slow at times, but good. Overall, we enjoyed it.

The hygiene products are very limited. 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 tiny bottle of shower gel and shampoo. 1 tiny bottle of dish soap. No trash bags. We knew about that, so we had some extra of our own. However, it would have been nice of them to provide it all. No microwave, no kettle (probably because they mainly drink coffee). There was a coffee pot. Other than that, it was all good.

The location, the apartment is big, the balcony, the parking spot.

The furniture is too old, missing cleaning tools.

Very very nice hosts, great location close to the beach, free parking, comfortable apartment with two balconies, pet friendly, child friendly... It was a great week at Residence Madrid! We traveled with 9 months old baby and big dog (33kg), and we had enough space, and all we needed for our vacation. Once again, thanks Bruno, grazie mille!!! Ci vediamo.

The host Bruno was really nice and helpfull. Free parking lot by the residance. 3 min walk to the beach.
