Villa Serena has satisfied every our need from cleanliness and polite employees to renting bicycles without any problem and perfect location in the middle of Lido di Jesolo. Sun beds at the beach were also provided and we felt comfortable and safe during the days at the beach. Breakfast was more than good for Italy with freshly products and it was served again whenever something ran out.

I liked how everything was brand new, everything smelled new. The room was clea spottes, bed was comfortable, pillows as well. Bathroom spotless clean with towels and toiletries. We had a terrace to look at the main street and it was lovely! Staff was not very good at speaking English but hey my Italian is 3 basic words, so what they lacked in language they compensated in being very welcoming and kind. We came around midnight and they waited for us, showed us where to park, explained everything about our stay all with a nice smile! For breakfast there weren't many choices but the things we had to choose from were delicious. They also had a basket with fresh fruit which I enjoyed very much. Location is perfect. Everything is near. They have their own path to the beach and their place at the beach. Beach is sandy and service is great!

The location was excellent, close to the beach, sun loungers, bicycles. Opposite the most wonderful gelateria, shops and restaurants. Nearby is a grocery store. The staff is helpful, good breakfasts. I will highly recommend this place.

Sometimes the food at breakfast ran out after 9 a.m. Also, small bugs could be found in the room, but for hot countries this happens often.

Breakfast was incredible, perfect location, very kind stuff and the owner - very accommodating and helpful. Special thank you as well to the staff in the breakfast room! The hotel is clean, room equipped with all the necessities. All the premises are continuously cleaned throughout the day. This is our second time at Villa Serena, we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, clean rooms, clean beach. Breakfast was fine (and sufficently rich; we can't confirm any of the negative reviews in that regard). Hotel manager arranged that we could enjoy the whole departue day at the beach (keeping our sunbeds and leaving the car in the hotel parking lot) for only a small extra fee :-)

We did not like that the bath room did not have a hanger for the toilet paper. Also, I did not like the intense smell of the cleaning liquid used to scrub the hotel floors. Unfortunately, no refrigerator on the room.

The hotel is right on the beach, the breakfast was good, there was a place to park the car. I enjoyed the resort

a lot of noise at night, because to have something to breathe you have to keep the window open. conditioner, called sea view, is a small side street, where the sea is practically not visible air conditioner that blows directly

Great location, the ladies at reception were extremely helpful in any requirement we had. The room was really clean, everything was just renovated. The price was great considering the location. Absolutely no issue during our stay. Would definitely return.

The stay was great, nothing to complain about, really nice and helpful staff. We didn't realize the departure day was upon us until 1 pm when we went into panic mode. Huge thanks to the owner who was really cool about it, no late check out fee, even allowed us to leave the car at the hotel until we went to have lunch.

There was no minifridge in the room.

The room was spacious for our motorbike luggage. There was parking on site the beach was a 1 minute walk way the main street comes to life at night and is right on your door step Staff are great would stay again

The breakfast was plentiful, location was perfect, room very clean and comfy.

Only missing was mini fridge and the hair dryer was broken. Also would be great to have a little water in the room.
