Comfortable and clean residence overlooking Canneto. Apartment was tidy, spacious, well-stocked kitchenette. Air-conditioning in every room. We were picked up on arrival at port and dropped back on departure. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. We were welcomed at residence and informed about tours.

Apartment above us was a bit noisy late at night - it would have been good to inform guests of quiet hours. There's no footpath on last part of walk to residence so just need to take care with traffic.

Beautiful views and the room was clean. Close to the bus stop to go into Lipari. They have a free shuttle from the ferry to the accommodation.

More of a note to the owners (we loved everything about the property) - the salt was labeled as sugar which we realized after putting it in our coffee on the first day (oops) and the fridge stopped working during our last night there so some of our food went bad.

The location is just gorgeous, the view from the balcony was stunning, you can see the entire bay, it is very quite overnight and very close to a well organized beach - you can also enjoy a special discount on the beach services and food. The bus stop is very close to the beach and in a few minutes you get to the island centre (Lipari) where all the major restaurants, pubs and shops are. The house is wonderful, you have the stoves and all you need to cook your own food if you like.

Although it is very very close to the beach the structure is located on a hill so there is a short but steep walk, so I wouldn't recommend to aged people, specially under crazy summer hours. When you reach the location for the first time you see some tables by the main yard laid in a way it look like a proper breakfast area but they don't offer any breakfast, after all it's a House/residence accomodation so it is something you need to remind and bring your own food if you want to have it on your panoramic balcony.

We booked this accommodation for a special birthday and wedding anniversary hoping we would have a lovely room with balcony and view. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend these occasions. It was a magnificent view and so lovely and peaceful. Highly recommend to anyone going to Aeolian Islands. Cannetta Beach in our opinion is the nicest place to stay on Lipari. Only 5 minute walk to bus which takes 10 minutes to get to Lipari town

Absolutely nothing

A view to the coast, terrace, hot shower and a transfer ro boat in Lipari town. Good starting point to see the old mines of pumice, you can Just walk on the road.

A bit off road. Also this village is much lesa touriszic than Lampara and when we stay on holiday in the afternoon no food was available apart from fast food stall we do not recommend.

Cleanliness of the apartments which are serviced regularly. Loved the location, beautiful view day & night from our balcony of Canneto, pick up from Lipari on arrival is excellent, drop off on departure to Lipari Hydrofoil is exceptional. Close to a supermarket, bakery, bus stop to Lipari & excellent Restaurant.

The location, balcony, and size were good. The sea view was beautiful! The supermarket and bus were close by. Canneto Beach is lovely. The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy relax and enjoy the sea.

The kitchen supplies were a bit lacking. Just one dish towel, no flipping utensil, no salt and pepper. Never could get hot water at the kitchen sink. No one came to check. Our driver was 15 minutes late to take us to the ferry. No one at the desk most of the time.

Very pleasant place . And a nice view. Staff was very helpful and friendly. And they came to pickup from the port also they drop us at the port . It’s totally free . I will recommend this place to my friends.its worth for the price . Rooms are very nice ,comfortable and big . I love this place . We had a nice stay .

My room was lovely. The highlight was the view from my balcony. The location was perfect (close to the beach and all amenities). Cinzia and Giovanni were very friendly and even picked me up from the ferry. Cinzia also gave me valuable recommendations - The Coral Beach Club is a must. I will be back.

Location and views are AMAZING. Beautiful view of the bay and all your basic needs like supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance. The bus stop to central lipari is also only 2 min walk away

The kitchenette is handy but the cookware is very old and almost broken, and needs an upgrade. Rooms are not soundproof vs other rooms.
