I can think of nowhere nicer to stay on beautiful Salina, if you want comfort coupled with a special character. Conveniently , it is a short walk from the port, bus stops and other tourist facilities. The sea, with a pebble beach as well as steps directly into the water, is down a short flight of steps from the B&B. Breakfast is served on the enchanting roof terrace and is copious and varied. The terrace can be accessed at any time of day, if you just want to sit and read or watch the sea. In the evening go up and chat to Giuseppe, who manages the bar and enjoy his extensive play list, covering everything from the Beatles to Chopin. I was enchanted and would love to return.

Absolutely wonderful. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely but everything about this hotel was great. It is a lovely old hotel in a superb position close to the port. The rooftop terrace took my breath away with spectacular views in two directions. The terrace is both breakfast room and an evening bar. The breakfast and the ladies who served it was superb. We also went up there in the evening. The gentleman serving in the bar was excellent company. A really memorable evening with views of Stromboli and Etna. Sadly , we only stayed one night but would have loved to stay for longer.

An easy walk from the port. We had a room with a balcony with and a sea view that was fantastic.. Complete relaxation on an island that least at the end of May was unaffected by the ravages of mass tourism. Also, the bus system on the island was functional and easy to use. We throughly enjoyed our stay this hotel and on the island of Salina that also provided many wonderful dining experiences.

Everything was great

Friendly host and staff every day of our stay. Like a family but not intrusive. great breakfast and bar drink location. We had a room with a balcony that you could open the doors and watch the sun rise. Early checkin was no problem. Made sure we had everything we needed.

Shower was small but then this is Italy!

The location was great and close to everything. Antonella was friendly and kind with us leaving our bags with her once we checked out. Also she tried to help us with finding my husbands ancestors. The room was very clean comfy and the view was just breathtaking from the room and on the terrazzo.

It would of been helpful if we had a map about the island. Also gluten free products for breakfast and aperativo would of been perfect as I am a cealiac.

Great location. Our room had a large private terrace with a view overlooking the city rooftops and the sea. A nice Italian-style sweet breakfast is served on a lovely open-air rooftop terrace with great view. Elevator handy for upper floors. Great, friendly, attentive staff. If I could give a more accurate rating, it would be 9.5

I would have given the room a 10 if not for some minor cleanliness issues. The room could use a deep cleaning just to catch up on details.

The best location to explore the island, and to do boatrips to the other islands. The owner is really kind and she helps you with everything that you need. Beautifull terrace for breakfast and for drinks . My room was really nice , much better then i expected. In the neigbourhoud are many good restaurants and shops .

We had 3 comfortable, large rooms on the second floor, one with a terrace which was a great place for us to gather as a group. All had sea views. The roof-top bar was welcoming and the bar well stocked. Breakfast was very good. Antonella and Guiseppe were easy going and friendly.

Great location in the main town, gorgeous terrace for breakfast and the room. Very lovely hosts who were very accommodating, and extremely responsive.

Minor issue with the shower drain but it was very quickly resolved.

The lady at the reception is an absolute star! very nice, helpful, easy to deal with, flexible. the rooms are large and clean, Italian decor. position right by the harbour is fabulous! I recommend this place to anyone visiting salina.
