I found what I was expecting. Good price for value. The staff was extremely welcoming. They offer great support to organize your day if needed. The transfers for downtown Lipari are efficient for a fare price. Being on the hilly area of the island offers on average a milder climate especially at night. The ice cream at the restaurant was good

the structure is quite far away from the amenities and you need to use the transfer provided by the hotel or arrange with your own transportation, the place is quite old, furnitures are agend and not always clean. The pool is just fare, good for a quick dive.Breakfast is essential.

I have no words to express how good we felt here. Although the location is a little far from the city centre, the view you have from the location is gorgeous, and Mr Nino is always available to take you by car through the beautiful places in Lipari. And besides that, he is always available to help you with anything you need. Also, the rest of the staff at the accommodation unit always helped us. And besides that, the food served at their restaurant is very good. I and my friend being vegetarian, had a very pleasant culinary experience. The room we stayed in was very big and clean, with everything we needed. For sure, if we come back to Lipari, we will stay here again.

Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. He met us at the port and took us to the apartments. Although we arrived very early, but the accommodation is in the afternoon, they found the opportunity to accommodate us much earlier and even fed us with breakfast. The apartments were very comfortable, spacious, everything was clean. The children were especially delighted with the pool. We were also taken to the port on the day of check out. We are very satisfied with the time spent in these apartments!

When we arrived, Nino upgraded us to a better room - not a studio, but a one-bedroom apartment at no extra charge. And after walking around we regretted that we had come to Lipari for only two nights. We even wanted to stay here for a week or two. Nino and his team are wonderful people, kind, sincere, despite the fact that they do not know English very well, it was easy and pleasant for us to communicate with them. The view of the area is stunning, the pool is beautiful and clean. A small supermarket is located 10 minutes walk in the same village. There's a good selection of products there. Going up and down into the city is a challenge, but Nino can bring you and take you back for 1.5 euros per person. You can also take a walk to the beautiful black beach nearby

It turned out that we forgot to buy repellent because there were mosquitoes in the evening and at night.

To be honest, this accommodation was a relief after a series of problematic ones for similar cost per night. Everything worked great (wi-fi, shower, doors, windows, gas cooker etc.) and every tiny detail was well thought through: e.g. wall chargers are available everywhere in all rooms, shower holder worked perfect, the water was flowing nice, hot water came immediately, size of the shower is larger than usual, shower door could be closed properly so that no water leaked (very rarely the case, right?), towel holders, large sink, well enough and clean place for tooth brushes etc., large built-in refrigerator, large preparation desk in kitchen, huge kitchen and dining area for 6 persons plus 2 sofas as extra to watch TV, still enough space to dance even Vienna waltzer :). All doors and windows are of high quality. Easy to close and they all close perfect. Beds are very comfy, holds perfect. Air-con in each room that can be regulated with same remote control. Someone was very smart with planning and fit out. The owner and his family are brilliant people, pro-actively helped us out! Was truly amazing and we are very thankful to them. All in all, could not wish for more for this amount of money.

We booked only 3 nights and had to leave for home, thus could not prolong our stay.

First of all the hosts were magnificent! Available whenever we needed something. They arranged two scooters for us after we mentioned our plan to rent and even prepared lunch for us outside the restaurants opening hours. Easy and cheap transport to Lipari city whenever you want. Beautiful pool area! Recommend "Giro di Lipari" with scooters to get to know this beautiful island!

Eolian residence was beyond our expectations. We had a lovely stay and we are truly grateful for the amazing moments. Room was comfortable with a great air conditioning! facilities of the property were wonderful! the pool with the view is really something. Restaurant was delicious!! as well as a great morning breakfast. Location is a bit far but is not a problem as the transfer service works super well. anytime we could call Nino or Ivan and they would pick us up with a smile. we felt special with such a warm staff! Mariângela and everybody that works there are sweethearts. I recommend this stay 100% and it was one of the best hotels we have ever been!

Very nice and helpful staff. Free transfer from/to Lipari on time. Help with car renting and ferry information. We received very good tips about what to see within the Lipari island and where are the best places for sunset. We had apartment with 2 teraces and amazing view on Vulcano. Tasty breakfast with local cheese/fruit.

Very easy going. The staff was super helpful, friendly, on top, they recommended nice places and organized day trips for us. Food was very good.

Everything was great! The stuff was super cute and attentive. Breakfast was included, very tasty and hearty (eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, sweets and coffee). And the view of Lipari by the pool is just wow!
