Hotel Villa Cute is a wonderful and peaceful place to stay in Lipari. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, including eggs made to order and delicious, freshly brewed coffee. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcome at every moment. The location is ideal—quiet, yet close enough to explore the island easily. We left with only positive memories and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

It was just all good

Th staff were excellent. Special mention to Giusy who was a wealth of knowledge and took care of our bookings. Her English is excellent, providing us with information. Nothing was too difficult, even booking us a taxi to meet the ferry and take us to the train station hen we were leaving. I must also mention Fabrizio, who makes the best omelettes and scrambled eggs for breakfast. A very relaxing environment.

The hotel is not in the main part of town (which is both good and bad). We didn’t mind the 10 minute walk into the main town. This is the only potential negative I can come up with.

Beautiful and very well maintained hotel in a quiet place but still close to Lipari center. Five minute walk. Breakfast is served close to the pool from the pool bar. The breakfast was very good and they will make you a omelette, scrambled eggs or egg and bacon++ on request. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really loved it and hope to come back again. The roms are beautiful with a large and very nice bathroom. The air conditioning works really well. We had a room downstairs which has a private sitting area outside.

Good, comfortable hotel just outside the centre of Lipari. From the harbour you can walk there in 10 minutes. The hotel will pick you up at the harbour for 10 € if you wish. Clean double rooms with AC, bathroom and breakfast. I stayed in two different rooms: room no. 6 and room no. 2. Both rooms and bathrooms are quite similar. Although room no. 6 is a tiny bit bigger, I preferred room no. 2 on the ground floor. I found it a little quieter there and you also have a small terrace at the front. Good buffet breakfast outside by the pool. Less common in Sicily but this hotel also puts eggs and bacon on the breakfast menu. A special mention for the extremely friendly and deserving Sara (Sareta) who works at the reception and also helps prepare breakfast in the morning. She answers all your questions and arranges just about everything. To visit other islands from Lipari, you can shop around in the harbour where you arrive from Milazzo or Messina. However many excursions leave from the nearby, picturesque Marina Corte. Many restaurants between both harbours. Lipari itself is also a beautiful island.

The staff is amazing.. they make your stay a better experience, also the way they solve issues and help you is fantastic The girls at the reception, the guys at the breakfast area and the cleaners are exceptional

The fact that you need to wear a cap to swim in the swimming pool is just ridiculous! There was nobody swimming in our whole stay except pigeons which is a bit sad since the view is beautiful and weather is great

Excellent hotel with extremely attentive staff. A good selection of food available at breakfast (buffet/fried eggs and bacon on request). 10/10 for cleanliness and great pool facilities

Only thing that could be improved would be the selection of drinks available at the bar, specifically beer on draught rather than bottle (being very picky here!)

A friendly family-run hotel with a good pool. We had a nice room with a patio accessing the pool area. The breakfast was good, and eaten at the pool bar.

It was a shame that the water wasn't complementary, given the heat and the fact that the nearest shop is a good few minutes down the hill. Other amenities (e.g glasses, bottle opener, kettle) were also lacking. The hotel is about a 12 minute walk from port, which we were aware of, but it's a hard 12 minutes in the Sicilian heat with bags!!

Very friendly and helpful staff at this boutique hotel close to the town. It only accommodates 24 people and feels special. Some rooms have large terraces and great views. Lovely pool and great breakfast outside near the pool. Wished we had stayed longer.

Big push from the staff to go on trips / tours / linked restaurants. None of that is really necessary.

beautiful view from the hotel, 10 minute walk into the centre, lovely pool and bar. this might not be for everyone but you are hosted so beautifully by the owner. if you want it to be like a regular 4* hotel stay that's possible, but if you want to practice your rudimentary italian with his son, or have a chat about the island while drinking a beer, it's a wonderful place to stay. real charm and character - the villa is incredible too.

the beaches aren't that close... BUT do yourself a favour and hire an e-bike and take the incredible roads (with very minimal effort) to the beaches not too far away.

Loved the location, the space, facilities and how clean it was. Loved having pick-up and drop off transfers included from the port. The amazing views of the sea and poolside area was fabulous. Room was decorated beautifully and seemed to have been renovated recently as lovely modern touches. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi didn’t reach to our room so it is something that could be improved and the little safe in our room didn’t fit my laptop however the location was extremely safe and didn’t feel risky leaving things locked in the room.
