A beautiful building in a fantastic location, very near to the fabulous Piazza Marina Corta. The room itself exceeded all expectations- large, airy, two balconies and so incredibly clean! Great air conditioning, lovely bathroom and shower, plenty of storage space for luggage and even a drying rack for clothes! Coffee machine, bar fridge, bottled water and breakfast at a lovely bar in the marina is even included (and was fantastic). And not to forget the spectacular rooftop terrace with views to the sea. Just beautiful. I love Lipari and try to return every year, I think I’ve just found my new accommodation for future visits!!

Great communication with the host. Easy check-in. Lovely huge room. Great starting point for a morning walk up to the hills to the observatory with incredible views over to Vulcano

Only downside was the dated AC (very load - we only used it to cool down and then slept without it) and the super soft bed with a tempur kind of mattress. My partner and I have both back problems and we sleep best on hard mattresses....this was therefore not ideal.

Everything. This place is amazing. The location is perfect. You feel like you are part of a small community, because the neighbours are very close, but in the best possible way. Everything was impeccable..clean, well furnished. The owners were kind and very flexible, which made everything easier. The terrace is just spectacular. I prolonged my stay because it felt like home. It was hard to leave the islands, but also this accommodation.

Spacious room and large bathroom, very clean, amaizing rooftop terrace for the guests where you can have a drink or use the solarium. It is in the Lipari Kasbah, very local experience and nearby attractions and restaurants area. The breakfast is served in a bar at the Marina, excellent granita and brioche or panini. We spent good 4 days. The place was perfect as a basis for our tour of Lipari and Vulcano.

The materasse was not new and had lost hardness. The selection of soaps is limited but when asked they immediately supplied more.

I recently stayed at this Bed & Breakfast and had an amazing experience. Nestled in the heart of the main marinas, this charming B&B offered a perfect retreat. The hosts made our stay special, from the warm welcome to the thoughtful details. The room was impeccably clean and cosy, with a comfortable bed and lovely decor. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, the B&B offered serene morning walks and peaceful moments. Despite its tranquillity, it was conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants and shops.

Excellent room , interior, the view, the location, everything is literally perfect . The price and quality are best match . The host Anna was incredible nice and very kind , we had to have the check out at 10am and she let us to stay longer as soon as our ship was at 4 pm . Really great experience.

The room was the biggest and nicest inside I had during my 2 week trip in Italy. It had very high painted ceilings, a separate coach, a desk, and a balcony. The bathroom was really big and had a bathtub. Overall the apartments were very stylish and I enjoyed living there. The location was just perfect and just a few minutes from Marina Corta where you could have breakfast (vouchers were left for breakfast). The bed was really big and very comfortable. And the apartments were cleaned every day.

The location is convenient and close to both sides of the main street. The room was big, and the facilities were satisfactory. Overall, this room exceeded our expectations. The host was responsive and welcoming.

Like in other places in Italy, there are lots of stairs, but it is what it is. There's nothing the owner can do about it.

The rooms are spacious with lots of light and high ceilings. It looks like the place has been recently renovated as everything feels quite new but they have integrated the old and the new to make the place very functional. Great bathrooms and you get a fridge, a coffee maker (they provide the capsules too), and a very large built in wardrobe. The best thing we found was the terrace with views of the sea - spectacular for sunset and even better at sunrise. It’s a self check in place but the owners are within reach if you need anything and they come quickly. The location is perfect as it’s just round the corner of the best square, Martina Corta, right in the old part of town and walking distance to the ferry/hydrofoil port and the bus stop to get to the beaches.

Everything was good. I enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast is around the corner, was not bad for me. You have a coffee machine in the room for the first coffee :)
