The room was so spacious with a beautiful balcony. The pool was Devine and the included breakfast was delicious - they were more than happy to cater to gluten free :) the staff were exceptionally friendly - they picked me up and dropped me back to the port.

Although it is only around a 7 minute walk, it is slightly out of the town or shops. However, felt super safe walking anytime :)

We love this hotel! The staff are all so kind, caring and helpful. They gave us lifts to and from the port which was very kind as we are back packing with heavy rucksacks. The hotel is quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed for self-catering, together with a hotel breakfast every morning - a winning combination.

The Manager RoseAngela was excellent, so friendly and helpful - she organised our 8hr boat trip to visit Stromboli by calling the company and printing off the tickets. She also showed us the quickest way to get into town (15 min walk max to port) and arranged for us to be picked up from the ferry and returned as we left. Hotel was just up the road from a nice quiet little bay with pebbly beach. Breakfast had a good range of cold foods (meats, cheese, cakes & pastries, yoghurts, etc) but no hot offering except for a toaster. Great pool with hot tub.

Room did not have any coffee /tea making facility?

1. Central location within walking distance of centre and port. 2. The attentive, helpful staff who gave us useful suggestions for boat trips and car hire. 3. The cool pool and jacuzzi for cooling off. 4. Breakfast was delicious - the coffee was good and we loved the fresh bread and pastries. 5. It has an authentic traditional style and charm.

The lighting in the bedroom needs to be updated. It was old fashioned so either too harsh or too dim. It’s an easy fix which would immediately transform it.

We really enjoyed our family trip. The staff worked hard to give us the best of Lipari. Free shuttles are important while travel with kids and grandparents . They did an amazing job to give us comfort and kindness

We really enjoyed this place. Excellent value. It's in a quiet area but it's an easy walk down to the main square. The staff was very helpful. The small pool and roof terrace were great places to hang out. Interior is clean and well-maintained. Absolutely excellent value compared to other places we stayed in Lipari.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative within reason.

Spacious , comfortable hotel close to a small beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a pleasant breakfast room attended by friendly staff focused on guests. I would like to return and spend a few weeks here in the future.

Great view on the sea from our balcony. The hotel is 7 minutes walking from the Marina Corta & 20 min. walking from the Lipari porto. Staff are vey kind & helpful.

There was a large group staying who were noisy but the staff managed the situation well.

the staff here is the best! they take care of you and make sure your needs are met, and they pick you up from/to the port which is great. The pool is a big plus and the laundry service is fantastic. The rooms are VERY practical, big and fresh, with spacious balconies. Great value for money and very very wholesome place :)

perhaps more variety of fresh fruit in the breakfast can be a plus
