The property was beautiful and spacious! Room was clean and a perfect treat at the end of my trip with a gorgeous balcony view looking over the pool and sea! Breakfast was great with lots of healthy options and fruit! Great bread.

Unfortunately the jets in my bath did not work which was not made apparent to me on arrival, it would have been nice to use them due to the price I paid for the room. Also they were trying to charge me 15 euros to pick me up from the port which is only a 10 minute walk away. Thankfully and very kindly the previous hotel I stayed at in Canneto - round the corner, gave me a free shuttle to the port each day and on this occasion took me to my new hotel. I do not understand how Hotel Tritone could charge 15 euros for port pick up and drop off when it is only a few streets away, avoid this if asked!

The property has a great pool and restaurant though you do get charged the service fee for eating at the restaurant The room was a little out dated but the hotel itself was lovely. The staff who dealt with me were fantastic. They were accommodating and helpful but also professional, even when I locked myself out on the balcony. They were constantly at hand and efficient. I highly recommend the hotel for the staff that work there alone.

Amazing property. The room was lovely, as was the pool, which came in handy in the middle of summer, but it was the staff that left an impression on us. They could not have been any better. Always quick to help and they were fantastic with our 3 year old daughter, including always remembering her name, which made her feel very special. We will only stay at Hotel Tritone from now on when travelling to Lipari

What a wonderful and beautiful hotel. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Our first time staying in Lipari and such a breathtaking view over Lipari from the hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk to the main town it is perfect. The pool is amazing and the room very comfortable and well kept. Although we never ate dinner at the hotel the breakfast was very well presented and great value. Thank you to Hotel Tritone and all Your wonderful Team. Hope to see you all again one day.x

Lovely location on a hillside about 5-10 minutes walk from old town and the marina. Staff were super friendly and our room (and the rest of hotel) was spotless. Breakfast was good- pastries/cakes, yoghurt, cereals and fruits plus some eggs & bacon. Stayed for 5 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Great pool area, great that the staff is pleasant and easy going (let us use the pool before check in time on the first day and after check out the last day) Room is clean and all facilities well maintained

Minor things In august 15 min walk under the sun is not always pleasant Nothing to hang out swimsuits and wet towels

Attractive location on hillside overlooking Lipari, very nice pool area. Friendly staff.

There were some big tour parties staying while we were there which spoilt the ambiance a bit. Breakfast and room size were OK but could have been better

The location. While not too far from the Main Street, the hotel is set up on a hill which makes for a very hard climb back after dinner or a walk. Was particularly difficult due to the very hot weather we experienced

The hotel is situated on the very good place = quiet, but still not far from everything. Just 15min walking from the harbour, through old town. Very nice view to old town from breakfast terrace. Also very kind and nice staff, lovely exteriors of the hotel (swimming pool and around). They provide free taxi from/to harbour, when you're coming/leaving. The restaurant cooks very good, too.

Afraid, interiors of the hotel (corridors, restaurant, rooms) are very bare and monotonous, just white walls, nothing more. The restaurant was 1/2 of my staying closed. Inoperative control of air-condition (correctly you should call the reception for every operation); it's unpossible to cut off the fan in bathroom (it's running whole day). Breakfast is not poor, you're not hungry after that, but - from hotel of this category i would wait more. Scrambled eggs had average taste, only one kind of vegetable (tomatoes), the homemade regional cake was offered only in one morning, coffee from actually used machines is not good (would be better some more 'luxury' brand than this).

The hotel and staff were fantastic. I arrived early and everything was ready for me, my room was great and the staff very friendly

The instructions for the shuttle to/from the harbour could have been clearer
