Wonderful hotel which is furnished like a museum. From its front window throughout the property, it is full of interesting old decorations and museum like pieces. My room was located at the back of a large and lovely garden. The room was comfortable with a large private terrace with a table and chairs for lounging. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast was excellent with a large array of different foods. And the staff were very friendly and helpful in all matters. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lipari.

Charming hotel in the middle of Lipari with friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Our family room was small but clean and comfortable, with space outside to relax and to dry our swimsuits and towels (very important when going on lots of boat/swim trips!). Short walk to lots of good restaurants and the port. A great base for exploring the islands.

Beautiful hotel decorated with a wonderful collection of antique items that lend it a feeling of character. Nice bar and garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place was comfortable for a stay on Lipari. It's a little outside of the main historical quarter, but only a couple streets away. Breakfast was very good, with an assortment of gluten-free items as well.

Had to run the water a long time to get hot water, and the sound really echoes and carries from the next room, but these are very minor things. Overall it is a charming place and I would definitely stay again!

excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms (though the triple room could be bigger - imo, it's best suite for children under 10yo, not teens), beautiful gardens and surroundings. helpful and friendly staff.

shuttle service to the ferry is only provided from 7am to 3pm - if you arrive later, you need to walk (10-15min) or take a taxi... the triple room was a quadruple room, and is best suited for parents with small children, with teens it's pretty small. the bathrooms, while clean, are very small.

This charming hotel was only a few minutes walk from the ferry and the main shopping/dining areas of Lipari It had very quirky decor in the public spaces & there was a lovely garden, although we did not have time to make the most of it. The room we had was not large but it was perfectly sufficient for the time we spent there and there was a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The breakfast was good and plentiful, with lots of choice. We had a good dinner recommendation from reception. We wished we could have stayed longer and would happily stay there another time.

Good location - 7 mins from both port and marina, next to the street with restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful stuff. Interesting interior of hall and restaurant. Nice inner garden. Very tasty breakfast with warm meal and good choice of desserts.

The windows of my room were faced to the street with traffic with cars and people crossing by so I kept the blinds and windows all time closed. The room interior is plain and simple if compare with museum-style design of hotel itself.

I liked everything, it was comfortable, quirky things all around the hotel. Close to everything, five minutes from the port and busses. Just perfect in every way, staff, breakfast, location, can’t recommend it high enough.

A very nice location to stay during your visit to the island. Located in a calm area in just a few minutes you are in the heart of Lipari. The interior of the building is decorated nicely, and the breakfast was amazing.

This is a superbly amazing Hotel aided not only by the fact that the Management by Gianluca and Valeria were so accommodating and nice and always ready to help with suggestions of where to visit but the Hotel's breakfast was royal with as many fresh and varied choices as you would find in any 5 Star luxurious hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, bedding changed daily and the room's terraces overlooking its lush gardens were idyllic and romantic too!! The owner is an avid collector of antiques so the common areas had a myriad of collector's artifacts of interest and some quite precious items including many alabaster busts of Julius Caesar and the God Mercury around its gardens. A Gorgeous residence coupled by the friendliness of its staff made our holiday a superb and super relaxing experience!! Its location is perfect only 2 minutes walk from the main street restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the harbor with all its open air bistros, little marina and town center.
