Everything was excellent! The staff is super nice and very useful. The place is beautiful and the rooms makes you feel you have a mini house in Lipari, with your own external private terrace. Breakfast was excellent and the massive swimming pool with the bar was very handy. Facilities were over our expectation. We will go back to the Gattopardo for sure!

The facilities (room, pool, lobby) are excellent with a gorgeous view of the city. Everything is clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast buffet is also quite good. The pool was a must have since we didn't have time to go for the nicer beaches farther from the town.

Very minor point, but the shower temperature went from warm to freezing or burning at random moments.

Clean, beautiful views, great amenities. 5 minutes to restaurants and attractions. Amazing pool. Nice breakfast spread.

Drinks from bar were highly marked up. Upper rooms with view were noisy fairly early from departing guests and loud staff. Lower rooms without a view were super quiet. No leniency on check out time (this is understandable but noting this for those that attempt to shoot their shot)

Excellent hotel designed in Mediterranean style with a swimming pool, nice restaurant and cozy bar. Surrounded by trees and flowers. Transport to the beach is a nice bonus, considering the large distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely like to come back next summer.

The outdoors of the hotel are beautiful, lovely spots, and a nice and big swimming pool Staff is nice Localisation is great Shuttle service is useful to reach the ferry easily

The rooms are clean, but beds are a bit old and bathroom also need to be modernised The bar menu is good for drinks, however the prices are a too high for light lunch - we've been charged 10 euros for a very TINY tomato and mozzarella salad

Hotel rooms are a bit in need of cosmetic repairs but nothing serious.

Pool was huge. Service was awesome. Room and bathroom itself also clean.

Killer pool and incredible villa resort. Staff was helpful and the best surprise was the shuttle service to and from the marina-hotel

Slightly more comfy beds could help improve our experience. But otherwise I forgot to mention they even have a great breakfast and a cafe opened all day for a quick cafe

An excellent hotel with helpful, professional and polite staff. They own a shuttle bus which can come and pick you up and take you back to the port. The room is spacious and clean. It has a big swimming pool. Breakfast is very good with fresh products. The hotel rooms are in a huge garden full of flowers.
