The pool area was superb. Very clean and the perfect water temperature. Only a 10 minute walk to town but the hotel laid on a regular daily shuttle service until very late at night. We were also picked up at Lipari port on arrival. The room balconies were really large.

At first glance, the rooms appeared outdated compared to the exterior of the property but we realised this was just the style. Everything was really clean, furniture was relatively new and the bed comfy.

Great place, friendly staff, clean room, free shuttle bus, tasty breakfasts, nice pool. If there are any issues, they are all are all solved quickly (air conditioning not working - fixed in 30 minutes, wasps by the pool - disappeared the next day). I definitely recommend it!

I have nothing to complain about, although some people may not like the fact that breakfast is the same every day.

Amazing transfer drivers. special shout to Tomasino who was a real gentleman .... Delightful reception team , The young man who looks after recpetion on an evening was a treat to meet.. Cleaners of the rooms were incredible and the rooms were amazing The pool is just dreamy and the place to sleep your day to day worries away ..

We stayed 2 nights in June at hotel Borgo Eolie. The accommodation was located a few hundred meters from the tourist center of Lipari and was therefore pleasantly quiet. There was a shuttle service to the centre and the port. The room was clean and tidy and was quiet. The round pool was lovely and clean with a terrace surrounding it with sun loungers. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. The staff were very friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms are very clean and spacious. We had a great room directly overlooking the pool and the hills behind it. The whole property is so nice, with plants everywhere, perfect to relax. The staff is amazing. As the hotel is situated a bit up the hill (5-10 minutes walk to the center) they offer a free shuttle service all day long until midnight, and they came to pick us up whenever we needed it, always with a smile. We really loved the whole team and will definitely come back!

This really is complaining on a very high level: The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have some more cut fresh fruit. When you wanted to eat breakfast at around 9.00/9.30 a lot of the stuff was already gone and wasn’t refilled. But again it’s a really minor detail. :)

Service excellent: very welcoming and informative, took some trouble to book us a restaurant in different part of the island; delivered our bags to ferry terminal to coincide with our departure, saving us the bother of having to come back for them. Good continental breakfast. Large balcony with sea view

Limited shade in pool area, which is in a pleasant and very sunny spot. More and bigger parasols would solve this. Walking down into centre only takes about 15 minutes, but coming back up on a hot day is uncomfortable. The free shuttle is infrequent after lunch and a taxi costs €15

Fantastic hotel , room was exceptionally spacious with another bedroom attached. Also front and back patio areas. Very peaceful and relaxing stay . Amazing swimming pool. Great breakfast too with plenty choice. Staff were excellent and shuttle service to and from town was fantastic. Staff were great and always willing to help , nothing was a problem.

Everything fabulous. Beautiful property, room was huge. Swimming pool lovely and also peaceful. Excellent location and shuttle bus was brilliant. The staff ran you to town and picked you up again when needed. Breakfast was amazing, huge choice. Small bar area at reception and staff all fantastic and willing to help at any time.

About 1.6k walk from the port. Nice large rooms, good clean pool. Good fruits for breakfast Maid and maintenance staff very helpful.

There is a shuttle but you have to call for it using the phone, they don’t use WhatsApp. Reception staff not that helpful.

Excellent quiet location close to the center with a free shuttle that goes often. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Room was large with a great balcony. Pool was beautiful and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This hotel seemed to attract many Italian locals and from around the country which made our experience even more special. Don’t hesitate to book a room here! We stayed for 6 nights and loved it!
