We spent three nights here at the very beginning of the season, so we were not able to utilize the pool. It was very pretty to look at though. The staff were very kind and we received an upgrade since the hotel was not full which was very sweet. The rooms only have windows that face the pool area, so we had to have them closed for privacy. But the room was spacious and sparkling clean. Great TV although it took a minute to understand how to connect the streaming channels. Breakfast was lovely. Fresh pastries, great coffee, fresh fruit and cereals. Hard boiled eggs.

The property is up a steep hill. So if you have mobility issues, that could be tricky. Ask for a room on the main floor to save more steps when you get here. Internet on the island is difficult at the best of times, so I was not surprised that WiFi was not great. And hot water was slow to appear, but it was fine once it did.

The staff, pool, and breakfast were all TERRIFIC!! This place exceeded our expectations.

It might be cliche, but what we liked least was leaving; we were wishing we had scheduled to spend a few more days here. That said, a few things: The ceiling fan in the room was quite noisy (but we really appreciated having both air conditioning and a ceiling fan), and we found it a bit odd/dissapointing that there was a complete kitchen on our room's balcony, including refrigerator, but none of it was operational (there was a sign from the hotel saying that the kitchen was essentially closed). Would have been nice to at least have a functional mini-refrigerator in the room for cold drinks.

Amazing two night stay in Salina. We loved the hotel, rooms and staff. Having a swimming pool was a refreshing end to each day. The hotel has great views and our teenagers really enjoyed the hammocks! The staff arranged a taxi from the harbour upon arrival which dropped us above and it is easy to walk down to the centre from the hotel.

Swimming could be opened slightly earlier and close later, around sunset.

Nice facilities, very nice breakfast, nice pool. Great staff. Nice large patio with hammock, table, couch, beach chair. Room comfortable but furniture is a bit old

The hot water just isn’t hot - lukewarm at best. Room is dark - only window is in the door-which is great for sleeping and I was hardly in it during the day, so not a big issue.

Rooms were clean and cosy. Fridge was handy along with room safe. Bed / pillows were fine. Outside area with table / chairs. Some rooms had full sea view, pay extra and get them. Staff were excellent, always smiling and willing to help. Special thanks to Francesca in reception.

Wifi patchy, water in shower only warm. Having a kettle for tea / coffee would be handy

Lovely spot, super friendly staff, and great location.

Because of the way the hotel is structured, it can be noisy if you have noisy neighbors. It’s not soundproofed. I had neighbors who seemed totally unaware of how loud they were two of the three nights I stayed there.

Claudia, Carla, Francesca and the rest of the staff were just exceptional. I felt immediately at home there! Also, the layout of the hotel is wonderful.

I would have liked some more healthy breakfast options.

A dream. I didn't know having a pool on an island would be such a good idea, but being able to just walk from you room in your swimsuit felt luxurious. The breakfast was great, with homemade cakes and cookies (the smell when they were prepared in the afteroon was amazing too). The view is also amazing, if you wake up early enough you can see the sunrise over the sea. Last but lot least, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly... not in the fake-smile way servers around the word get pushed to use, but a with down-to-earth approach to thing that comes from being genuinely nice people.

Mosquitos. Bring something to protect yourself.

Beautiful hotel with views over the sea from the small swimming pool. Great breakfast with large selection. Very helpful staff. Very peaceful location

Water pressure in our room was poor for showering

Great place to stay! Very nice and helpful hosts :) The temperature in the room was great, air conditioning worked properly. The garden was beautiful and the view on the sea from the pool is amazing 😍 Additional thanks to the hosts for letting us live our bags at reception for a few hours while we visited Stromboli.

Breakfast was good, but I would like to have more savoury options, eggs and vegetables/salad.
