The apartment was okay. A little cold inside and you can’t manage temperature on your own. The heating starts mostly at evening and early morning, but my little kid stays at the apartment also for the rest of the day. Although this wasn’t a big problem. The big problem was that there must be done a little check for the rest of the property. The door and the light of the ski room were broken, so my mother and my little kid accidentally lock themself in dark for about an hour before someone find them and unlock them. The front door is also in bad shape. Please check you property and fix these “little” things.

Studio size and perfect cleanliness, the spacious balcony with 2 sun loungers and a superb view of the mountains, free parking behind the building, well equipped kitchen, bathroom spacious enough. The furniture is shabby, but in perfect condition. A few minutes walk from the outlets, local shops and terraces/restaurants. Latteria di Livigno is within 7 minutes walking distance, and from there it goes further on different mountain hikes.

The innerspring mattress was a bit hard for our backs, but maybe that is just a matter of taste.

Perfect location, near city center, ski lift 500m far away in walking distance. Shop just around the corner. In the apartement you can find everything for comfortable stay. Nice staff.

Unfortunately the bed is not comfortable at all.

The view from the balcony was great. The apartment was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The space was a bit dark, an extra window in the cooking area would have been ideal.

We were very satisfied with this accommodation. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location of the accommodation is in a very good place - there is a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.

The dishwashing liquid and sponges were not available in the kitchen.

Nice, fully equiped apartman near city center and ski slopes. Our third time in Adele so it says it all.

Location is very good, , opposit Adele there is bus stop, and in basement , you have your own locker to keep ski equippment.

Good size rooms, Fairly basic deco, sufficient for us as we spent most of the time skiing.

Hard to control temperature of the room. Was fairly hot to sleep. 23C. We opened window from time to time and closed one radiator, so managed at the end.

Near to ski sloup, enought space for 4 people.

There were loud and heat by basement in our bedroom of room 101

Nice apartment with a very well equiped kitchen.

The check-in was at an agency more than a kilometer away from the apartment. This is not convenient for guests without a car.
