Great location, comfortable room and great staff

Way location in Sa. Moritz! The rooms are fantastic! The food, restaurant staff, bar staff, and views are the best! They have a wonderful relationship with an activities company led by Stefano and he is excellent!! The spa was really nice (although some patrons don’t realize that it’s a quiet place) .

The front desk staff were not the most attentive at times.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station and perfectly placed for exploring St. Moritz. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong. Breakfast was good, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone staying during the ski season in St. Moritz. Great value for the location and comfort provided.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety in terms of warm dishes and healthy options.

The room is very good. The location is perfect.

The swimming pool is really too cold. Although I read it in previous comments, I initially thought it might have been a one-time issue. Unfortunately, the cold temperature is a major drawback for this location. The rates are not affordable, and they really should ensure the swimming pool is at a comfortable temperature. The kids were very frustrated. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff is great and super helpful. The hotel itself has a lot of history but is well kept. The rooms have the Alpine style charm but are still modern. There is a restaurant, a bar as well as a spa. Parking is right in front of the door. The hotel is in the very center of St. Moritz. My room had a balcony and a beautiful view over the town, the lake and the mountains behind. This is very personal: But I loved the attention to detail when it comes to decoration and the fresh flowers in the lobby.

The room was a nice size and comfortable. The hotel was lovely, and the staff super friendly. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices. The location would be easy to get to, it is not far from the train station, but it is uphill and taxis are available from the train station. We did utilize the hotel's shuttle to the train station upon check out. There is a decent restaurant on site, but it is also a short walk to any shopping mart.

The hotel and staff were great, but St. Moritz is quite boring if you're not skiing or in to high-end designer shopping.

Everything My stay at the hotel was wonderful in every way. The staff were welcoming, highly professional, always smiling, and helpful. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it super easy to get around

Everything was wonderful, the facilities and the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the blonde lady at the reception who unfortunately I didn't ask her name. One thing is certain, if we return to St. Moritz, we will only choose your hotel. Also, the breakfast was very rich and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Thanks also to Fabio at the restaurant for being so kind. And thank you for the free transition to the train station

Don’t think twice about booking Hotel Steffani. The hotel is very close to the main station which goes up to the Corviglia ski area. It is also right in the middle of the town. It is very clean, offers a good choice of breakfast. The spa area was wonderful, it was heaven to be able to relax after a terrible weather day. The staff was very friendly.
