Nice apartment, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views all the way around, excellent hosting by Valeria who was very helpful. Coin operated laundry in the basement, ski lockers (although I preferred to store them at the ski hire company avoiding walking them up and down). Fresh bread delivered to your room every morning is a real win as it makes it easy to get up and go early. There is a very small supermarket 400m away and larger Coop about 1.3kms away Perfect for 2 people, or a couple with small kids, probably not suitable for 4 adults unless you’re students happy with a more compact environment.

Just be warned it’s about 1.3kms from the main centre where the supermarket, ski lifts, as well as the vibey main bars and restaurants are. There is a bus that stops about 50m away, but if you’re a person that wants to apres-ski well into the night, it’s quite a walk back. If you prefer peace and quiet, this place is perfect for you as centre can be quite noisy.

the living room might have more confi chairs or at least cussions on the existing chairs. There is an issue with the mattresses of beds that touch each other and disturb the partner. it is better to part the sleeping area in two separate beds.

The most exceptional thing about the accomodation is the host, who is always willing to help with any problems, and goes above and beyond to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible, including the free complimentary morning bread service (mentioned in every other review as well). The apartment was very clean and warm, the equipment was ok, and the underground garage was also great.

Bait da Mott is a lovely place, the owner is super nice and helpful. Fresh bread each morning was just amazing. The apartment was clean, simply equipped but with everything you need. The main bed was comfotable, bed sheets smelled with freshness. The 3rd bed, extra bed is rather small, but again clean and fresh bed sheets. Underground garage, ski room, all very convenient. Overall we have enjoyed the stay, loved the quiet area of Livigno that is max 10 min walk to the center and just to the ski bus stop. Thank you, we will be back :)

Very nice and friendly host, good accommodation, very clean, well equipped kitchen, ski bus stop near the appartment. Delivery of fresh bread every morning by the host was very nice. We enjoyed our stay in Bait da Mott.

Everything was all right just the beds materrasses were soft.

Hosting, location, local, apartment, my car loved the underground garage, ski locker with dry shoes system, and again hosting.

Highly recommended! The apartment is clean, comfortable and provides a lot of storage space. We were supplied with bread every morning, small gestures as such goes a long way. The location is perfect, just a little outside the center but there are shops, a restaurant and the bus stop nearby. Without the skis, we prefer to walk to town and back. Valeria is great. She helped us a lot after my husbands' accident and until we got home her assistance continued. Best host ever. We will definitely return to Livigno and stay here again.

You could cook whatever you wanted as the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes
