We truly enjoyed our stay in this charming accommodation, beautifully located right next to the Malatestiano Castle – a truly picturesque and historic setting. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. We were welcomed with a coffee machine and cups, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel immediately at home. Alessandro, our host, was kind and hospitable.

The only downside was the bed, which unfortunately was quite uncomfortable and made sleeping a bit difficult. However, aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

Longiano is a small village on top of a hill. comfortable room, big bathtroom nice people , talk good english, no problem to get invoice for summer especially it is super good location a bar that is opened all days in summer and only for weekend in winter time it is down under rooms, nice music, not too loud the location it is a B&B with 4 rooms in a historical place free parking place in front of house 50m away it is a michelin listed restaurant Dei Cantoni 1 km away at the entrance in the village are 2 restaurants with nice view, pizzeria with super good pizza and a osteria with nice meat. 18 km away is Tratoria Le Tre Botti near Orsoleto north of Rimini with super italian food the breakfast it is italian style, 2 croissants, cafe, juice, sometime piadine and ham

It was a very nice find. Castle and museum. Easy to get to the dog show. Other dog show exhibitors staying there. Room a bit small. Nice towels. House keeping needs to clean under the bed and head board. When I pulled the multi plug up for the laptop there was dirt and a pair of male dirty underpants. I used them to wipe the spilt dog water dish, Lively bar downstairs, Only saw the place in the dark as busy all day.

The room we stayed was quite small but cozy,it looked very good,the bed was comfortable,it was very clean and the staff was really nice.

If you have a problem with sleeping before 11 pm don't take the room(nr 2) that is with the street/castle view because it's noisy until 11-12 pm.

Second bed occupied a lot of space in the room, could be substituted with a wardrobe, as it is is fair enough for the price!

The building was super old but the room was modernized, the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and outside in the beautiful city center. Bathroom was large and updated. Air-conditioning was a big plus during our July visit. I would happily stay here again.
