Beautiful and peaceful landscape ~2 km from the center of Longiano, "citta della bici". We had a nice and clean room with a large terrace overlooking the coast. The pool area was private to us both times we went there. Table service at breakfast. At Magnolia, the atmosphere was elegant and fine, and the service was definitely first class.

We had a standard room for two with basically no space to keep luggage open. As this is a prestigious villa, the service could have been a bit more personal. It was very friendly though. Perhaps it was to ensure guests' privacy.

I am passing by here since some years. As always great food and top service. In the meantime already a bit family. All rooms are great, nice location in a parc well looked after. The staff has changed a bit but is as always on top level. Rachid is a fantastic host. The 2 star restaurant is out of discussion, and they keep this level also with the breakfast and with the light lunch and outside the fine dining card.

Because of the specific weekend there was a wedding overlapping our second stay in June. Which means we had to stay one night s.w. else. but free of charge. This was a very fair arrangement but of course not the same when coming especially for Magnolia/Magherita. But also the chance to go to Veranda, which is the second great restaurant of Alberto.

The setting is so beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff so friendly and attentive. It's just the right size so everything feels personal and staff quickly learn what you like/how best to help. The town is a short walk away and a great alternative with some fabulous dinner options (although you should definitely eat at magnolia!) Would recommend to anybody

- They could seriously improve breakfast. The quality was Good, though The choices were up to you. Which we hate. - Matress were uncomfortable. The memory foam is simply not a Good choice for a hotel - there were a lot of lights in The room

Beautiful and comfortable property, nice design and wonderful views and grounds, including a beautifully located swimming pool. Exceptional in house restaurant.

There was a distinct difference between the staff. Some exceptionally welcoming and helpful and others where one felt like an inconvenience.

The location was super nice, over looking San Marino, the same for the pool! Breakfeast was really good, though somewhat little choice to be honest.

The size of the room, We did not go for the most expensive option, so the room was really tiny. Which was fine, as we stayed for 2 nights only. But yeah... for the general price, it could have been a bit bigger.

Reception staff were very helpful but not quite as friendly as we would have liked. The air conditioning didn’t work in our bedroom and although we were offered an alternative room we felt we were being awkward.

The property has a real wow factor when you arrive and the potential to be a top end establishment. The outside areas are lovely and grounds well kept. Pool area excellent although we did not use as a little chilly. The rooms are good and terrace on our room was lovely - 2 comfy chairs would have been great. The restaurant was very good and staff there were very attentive as you would expect with Michelin star rated restaurant.

There were some small niggles in relation to the rooms. The rooms were great but attention to detail could have made them top class. It would have been nice to have a comfy bar area inside to have an early evening drink when the evenings are a little cool to be able to sit outside. Restaurant was closed on Monday - you have to drive to go to another location or take a taxi but they are not cheap

Fabulous villa nestled in the hills . Beautifully restored, offering first class facilities. Bedrooms spacious & modern with stylish bathroom . Beautiful gardens. Breakfast of excellent quality. Staff are exceptional & went above & beyond to make our stay memorable. Perfect stop with our dog . A regular stop off for us each year.

Originally booked to have a nice stop over it was a big and nice surprise. Beside that this is anyhow nice location with a big park and a fantastic view up to Rimini and the sea it „hides“ a 2* Michelin restaurant. So yo will meet a very nice and service-minded crew and a fantastic kitchen. They were also open to cook outside the card and served some Italien classics. Also fantastic breakfast with high quality products. Very fair prices ( on this quality level)

Although you will feel welcome in Jeans and Chucks it would have been easy to bring some „Italian outfit“ if known about the restaurant before.
