Very nice decorated, very clean, near the beach, perfect location for Manfredonia. We had the red studio which has a chicken and which is very quiet, having the view to the indoor courtyard. Even if the breakfast is not provided, you receive coffee, tea, toast, some biscuits, nutella and gem. Also filtered water is available on the hallway. The host is very nice, always available on WathApp and recommended us the free parking nearby and some nice restaurants. Also the cleaning lady is very attentive, every time is asking you if she can provide you anything and even if she does not speak English, is using the phone to communicate with you. We definitely recommend this booking and for sure we will book again if we will be in the area. The city is beautiful, has a nice beach and the water is great during the summer.

The wifi was not so great but it was manageable. However, the internet in this part of Italy was not so good.

A beautiful room with a small area where you can enjoy coffee, tea, and sweets (included in the stay). A spacious and comfortable bathroom, newly renovated, with good pillows and a quality mattress. A cozy balcony with a sea view. The location is perfect.

Right off the Main Street, plenty of food options, parking right down the street.

The place is literally in the centre of Manfredonia. If you have a car, there is a very convenient and big public parking lot (you need to pay, but it's very cheap if you do the daily pass). The B&B has style and the manager has been accommodating and responsive - we asked for an iron and a board and it was in our room in just a few hours.

Disappointed that breakfast is as not included like the last time we stayed there. Host did not tell us about the extra tax until we had left. Would rather have left the money than have to send it by PayPal.

Very close to restaurants, easy to find and close to free parking lot. Host was very accommodating insuring we got into the apartment. Gave us suggestions of places to eat as we were only there for one night.

Noisy at night. We were there on a Saturday night and below the apartment were bars and pizzerias.

Location was perfect. Next to the main cafes and bars as well as shops. Very close to the main port and bay area. The bed was very comfortable. The room very clean.

I didn't appreciate the shower changing temperature while I was showering. It was hard to regulate the hot water. There also wasn't any drinkable water so we had to go out and buy several bottles at a nearby bar.

The access to the B&B is very easy and there is a free parking at the corner of the street. We had the room with the kitchen, which is amazingly practical, big and well equipped. It has everything needed to prepare a proper meal, including a dishwasher WITH pods and a good coffee machine WITH coffee. The room is cleaned every day. Only the kitchen cutlery was not always super clean because probably cleaned by the previous guests and not checked by the owner. Decoration is cute and the owner is responsive and very nice.

The B&B is located in a historical building of the old town, of which the sound insulation is not great. In the morning we were woken up by the people living in the neighboring building.
