Possible to arrange later check in / key pickup. Interesting unique architecture, well lit apartment interior, well equipped kitchen. No problems with heating. Enough storage for everything. "Ski to door", cabin lift something like 50 meters from the apartment. Ski lockers literally next to a cabin lift, no need to carry equipment far.

The complex is quite far by car from the Mariileva 900/Mezzana, and doesn't have that many restaurants or shops (and their overall quality is not that great, because they don't really have competition). The parking spaces are tiniest and narrowest imaginable, like for the original Fiat 500. When approaching the parking under the buildings there are short steep parts where we touched the ground with the chassis of our car (quite high MPV), breaking the plastic underbody; we were not the only ones, as can be seen on the ground marks... that's a big disadvantage and I would not go to Albare parking with a lower sitting or sports car.

We got an apartment in Building 2 and it was perfect for skiing holidays as the ski lockers room, ski rental place (noleggioscimarilleva.it, Solaria outlet), and the Albare gondola lift station are all located just outside the building. A handy supermarket as well as a nice restaurant are a few steps away in the other part of the building complex (Building 4 to be precise), near the reception, although you need to step out to cross between the buildings. The apartment itself was compact but cozy, warm and perfectly functional, with access to the balcony and nice mountain view, well equipped kitchenette. The car parking was in a covered basement area of the (other) building, which provided the protection from snow. So overall we enjoyed our stay and skiing in the area and found this apartment to be a very good value.

The assigned parking was quite some distance from our building, but it was not a real problem as you could drive up to your building (stopping just outside an elevator, with handy luggage trolleys provided) to unload or load your belongings, and otherwise you probably would not use your car for the duration of your stay. The respectable age of the apartment block is mostly felt in the corridors and public areas due to low lighting and dark wood paneling, which was used by numerous young visitors over the decades to carve their names and other inscriptions. But that was superficial while all that truly matters (things inside the apartments and common facilities like lifts) is reasonably new and well maintained, so no real complaints.

Kitchen is slightly "altmodish", old cooking plates, slow to heat up and cool down, hard to see if it they where on or off. Oven old as well. Would be nice with an update of the kitchen region including induction plates. Parking space can be a challenge with modern sized cars and the pillars in the parking cellar. Still - great place to visit.

Great facilities on site, supermarket, games room and swimming pool. Spacious room with everything you could need.

Rooms we decent and clean. The view we had was nice and it was very close to the ski rental and ski lift!

TV was not working. Staff came to look at it and never come back to fix it.

Windows can't open more then 10cm, and because that it took a while to refresh apartment

Localisation was excellent, size of the apartment and the views from the apartment was great.

The parking place was too small for car, but still could find different spot.
