I loved everything about the hotel, the room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet! A dream! I also had my kitty travelling with us, and she was welcomed as well! The wellness area is amazing, The outdoor pool is heaven 🙌🏻

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion, is food. Don’t get me wrong, both breakfast and dinner were good, but for the money we paid and for the standard of the hotel I would have expected exceptional food.

It's a beautiful, modern hotel in a quiet location. Perfect for families. The food and the spa experience are truly 5*. The staff are professional and very accommodating. The rooms are tastefully decorated. We had a great time here while on our half term skiing holiday. The hotel is only 10 minutes drive from the gondola and it's serviced by a free ski bus running every 15min. It's very convenient and quick. The owner is a great host. We'll be back!

Just a couple of very minor things, which definitely didn't spoil our stay. The service at dinner was a bit slow at times, but it was probably the busiest week of the year. I wished there were more towel holders/hooks in the bathroom. That would reduce the need to replace the towels every day as they inevitably end up on the floor, especially if you are staying with children. Unfortunately, the bathroom radiator is always taken by drying clothes.

The amazing breakfast, mid afternoon snack and dinner (both variety and quality), the spa (both adult only and family), the friendly owner and staff as well as the adorable babysitter in the miniclub Possibility to pickup the skibus right in front of the hotel which brings you in ca. 5min to the ski lift Very family-friendly (our kids even received a Befana sock which was a nice surprise for them)

the Miniclub room was a bit cold some of the days during our stay (but the kids could stay at the taverna instead so it was not a big deal), the passage between the family pool and the room area is also a bit cold

I stayed here in August for a romantic spa weekend and it did not disappoint. The Spa facilities and garden pool are superb and most of this area is for adults only, great to unwind and relax. It’s close enough to both the Dolomites and Lake Garda for a day trip if you have your own car. We did a Vespa self drive tour from Riva Del Garda and summited Secede, but it involves an early start (6-7am).

The town is quiet but the hotel has a great restaurant and there are a number of good quality restaurants in the local area. I would say a car is essential. The hotel itself is perfect!

Fantastic hotel. Great owner- very hospitable, outgoing, present on every dinner. Very tasty and vast breakfast with e.g. fresh juice, cooking station. Excellent dinners with high quality products. Spacious, clean and well equipped room with mountain view. Fantastic spa, pools-indoor and outdoor. Very helpfull and polite personel (especially Ms Tina :) and reception).Parking place in a garage. We had fantastic holidays. Thanks:)

Children menu too complicated- just pizza, bolognese and french fries with grilled chicken- it`s enough ;)

Amazing adults only SPA. Great outdoor pool, amazing saunas and Aufgus (thank you Valentina!), spacious relax centre! Really good food - great breakfast selection, sweet and savoury which is quite rare in Italy, good choice of vegetarian dishes, everyone will find sth :) dinners were very good as well, although sometimes the chef tried too hard with twisted cuisine (sometimes it is better to stick to the great traditional Italian food). Amazing salad bar. Big wine selection and the owner can recommend really good wines if you ask. Good location, the ski bus stops in front of the hotel and takes 2min to get to the Marileva 900 ski lift

We stayed in the not renovated part of the hotel and our room was quite dark with a poor view as it was in front of the outdoor pool and adults only zone. No hand soap and I would expect a little better quality of the shampoo, lotion and body soap. In all the other Italian hotels we stayed at, during the afternoon tea there was always sth savour e.g. a soup, sandwiches, mini pizza or other savoury snacks. It would be great to add sth like that to the sweet buffet. No luggage service. Super early check out at 10am

Our stay in this hotel was an unforgettable experience. We booked the Lovely Lodge with private sauna and hot tub at the last minute for 1 night as we were spending a week in the Dolomites and the weather was showing rain for 2 days so we just wanted to relax and couldn't have made a better decision. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nice lady at the reception, who walked us to our lodge and showed us everything we needed. The lodge was love at first sight. It had 3 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette with everything we needed, and as I mentioned before, a spacious terrace with our private hot tub and sauna that we could use at any time. We were welcomed with a plate full of hams, salami, cheeses, several types of wine were also available (for a fee). We even received a welcome package with some little things for our dog. I was pleasantly surprised by the equipment of the lodge, there was, for example, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a milk frother, various kinds of loose teas, which I liked very much, a juicer, everything necessary for cooking, a dishwasher, slippers and bathrobes. There was a TV on every floor. There was underfloor heating, so we were definitely not cold. From our lodge, it was only a few steps to the Spa area, where I again liked the details such as the possibility to have refreshments (nuts, tea, water), to relax in the relaxation area or bask in the outdoor pool, which offered us a view of the snow-capped mountains. After spending a few hours in the lodge, we decided to extend our stay by 1 more night, even though our lodge was not available, they offered us a different one that was just as great. As an advantage, I also have to mention that our car was parked in the garage all the time (free of charge), each lodge has its own parking space. We had breakfast included in the price of our stay, it was delicious, the staff in the restaurant was very nice and helpful.

Maybe the only thing I would like to point out is that the water in the hot tub and in the pools could be a little bit warmer. The other thing is there were no plugs around the TVs, we had our own Android TV with us, which we wanted to plug in so we could watch TV in our language, but it was not possible.

The service, the cordiality, and availability of every staff i met, even the owner, is a great guy. We booked a massage session after our checkout the next day, and the manager was so kind he extended our checkout from 10 am till 12:30 pm. The spa area is great and the relax room is the best i have seen. The Valentine's dinner food was excellent. The cherry on the cake was the cigar room that i wasn't expecting to discover there.

Nothibg on the hotel side, the only annoya ce was kids running on the floor above us.

We had a fantastic overall experience, we have been welcomed extremely well and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we would have had a great time there. The owner was always happy to help with any queries and accomodating our requests. We traveled with a toddler and they were very helpful throughout to make our life easier. The pool and the restaurant were the main highlights, as well as the great position.

We didn't like the fact that there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room at night, as some night the temperature in the room was too hot and the room was very dry. We asked the management but, as we were expecting, they said that unfortunately the temperature was controlled centrally. Worth noting that there was an AC in the room but no way to operate it, only the fan function would work.
