We did a difficult hike and were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to recover — and this turned out to be exactly what we needed. Andrea and his family truly care, so you can fully relax and not worry about a thing. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options — even thoughtful touches like sunflower seeds for your muesli. The room was perfect: quiet and cozy, yet spacious, with a very comfortable mattress. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), and a decent supermarket is just five minutes away on foot. The surrounding area is beautiful, with an easy walking trail along the river. Everything was just great — but the best part is the human touch Andrea and his family bring to everything they do. It makes you feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended.

Very nice pool, inside unfortunately for me. The outside pool was closed. But the inside pool is very nice as well. The room was big, with a kitchen. I didn’t use it, but it seemed quite complete. The bathroom is a little outdated unfortunately, but everything works as you would wish. I booked a massage at the spa, which was very good and relaxing!

As mentioned the bathroom could use an update. It works, but doesn’t reflect the quality of the rest of the location. The same is for the breakfast, it is very complete, with all kinds of breads, toast, eggs, pancakes, cakes, cereal, etc to choose from. But the quality of the food could be beter. Again, it is good, but doesn’t reflect the quality of the rest of the location. Tip for everybody: the sunblinds are on the outside of the windows! As I couldn’t find them, I woke up very early from the sunlight. After asking I learned that was my fault. Maybe a tip for the reception to mention it at every check-in. But I could have checked beter myself as well.

We had an excellent stay in Gaia. It’s a nice hotel for a family in a magnificent Vale de Soil valley. We liked our room and which had all the amanities you would think of ( cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave etc…) even in the double room there was an extra bed with space for a table. Beds are comfy. Our breakfast delicious as well and we got just everything even though we traveled on low season. Last but not least I have to mention the spa It’s really spacious, the water crystal clean very pleasant temperature, dint have issues with chlorine and the views from the outside pool are just anouther level. Ps. All our petite requests were handled greatly, appreciate hope to come back !

Breakfast was amazing - The outdoor heated pool was great and the sauna experience was topped with a lovely refreshing hot lemon drinks which was delicious. However, the best thing about the hotel, was the husband and wife reception/ manager team, who were very welcoming and obliging when it came to leaving our luggage at the hotel when we went on our 6 day hike and also when we checked out and went white water rafting, and collected it afterwards. It was most appreciated. We would recommend a stay here. A little more info on check in regarding the ability to pay for pool gowns for the sauna etc would have been appreciated, as we did without.

Very clean property, I think it was recently renovated because you can still smell the distinct smell of a new wood! The ladies at receptions were so kind. We arrived very late around 7:00 pm, so the lady told us that we may use the pool( Their signature feature!) beyond the closing time 8:00 pm. It was June so its daylight and the weather is just perfect.

Nothing really, maybe a minor thing was the glasses between indoor/ outdoor poor should have been cleaned because the pool is very picturesque!

The property is in an awesomely location with a supermarket, bakery and different restaurants just a walk away. They also had a train station just around 5mins walk away. The most outstanding part was the amazing service of the staff, they helped us get the Trentino Guest Card with which the public transport and a lot of sightseeing activities were discounted or free. Super friendly and always available to help. The breakfast was amazing too as well as the great pool and baby room. My kids loved it here and so did we.

Amazing Mountain Getaway at Hotel Gaia We had a fantastic stay at gaia! The staff and owner were incredibly friendly, and we even got a free upgrade. Our room was spacious (got a free upgrade) and offered stunning mountain views. The area is perfect for hiking, with many trails nearby. One of the highlights was pressing our own fresh juice every morning. The spa was well-equipped, and we loved the two swimming pools and the relaxing area. After a day of exploring the mountains, it was wonderful to unwind in such a serene environment. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Our stay at Gaia was a highlight of our trip! Our room was very spacious, clean and more than comfortable with all of the necessary amenities to make our lives easier. Very tasty breakfast with multiple options to choose from. Outside pool is heated and has a view that I won’t be able to forget in a long, long time… the hospitality of the staff was unforgettable. I would easily recommend staying at Gaia to everyone!

Gaia is conveniently located off the main road with supermarket, bakery, tourist office and restaurants a stone’s throw away. Train station within walking distance. When registering for a guest card, the train is for free (apart from other discounts the card offers). Apartment is spacious and super clean. Breakfast with ample choice and variety each day. The owners of Gaia are one of the most welcoming and engaged people we met, always available for help or a chat. The showpiece is the new wellness facility with different pools, well heated and great views on the mountains. Highly recommended for an active family holiday!

We really enjoyed holiday time in the hotel from breakfast to night time. The location was perfect for us. Its small village. people were very friendly and nice bakery and restaurants. staff were very friendly and kind. The hotel was very clean too. Breakfast was our favorite. There are lots of choices for food, and we could make own our fresh juice every morning. ( I never had it before from a hotel) After skiing all day, we still managed to swim, too. There is a gym, relaxing room(view was amazing) and indoor and outdoor pool. Also, back of garden you can join riverside footpath.
