The location was superb and an easy drive north or south from the hotel to the wonderful seaside beaches, bars and restaurants and towns including Turks bay, Otranto, Castro and Tricase. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you and always willing to stop and talk and tell us about themselves and the facilities available. The breakfast was great and included some additional nice options available each morning. The dinner was excellent and some unusual but very tasty dishes with great wines available. We enjoyed the pool area and bar area for afternoon drinks. The prices are more expensive than other tourist areas but you are staying in a top class hotel. We were upgraded from a superior room to a suite and really appreciated the space and comfort and the staff all were informed it was my birthday during our stay and provided a lovely candle and cake to celebrate. we also made use of the spa treatment facilities and recommend the relaxation massage.

I do not think this hotel is a five star hotel compared to other worldwide five star hotels I have stayed in over the last few years. However, the rating did not in any way decrease our enjoyment of the three day break at the resort and I would recommend the hotel and certainly look forward to returning at a future date. I would suggest that a Nespresso coffee machine is installed in at least the villas and additional coffee sachets should be added each day as only two sachets are provided compared to the choice of teas included in the room.

We booked this hotel based on the great reviews and we were not disappointed. The team at the hotel go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Reception staff would recommend us a restaurant in the marina for the evening, they would then book the restaurant for us, arrange the transport to get us there and then collect us at the end of the evening! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, property kept immaculate, pool area and sun loungers clean and comfortable Breakfast Room has a wonderful sea view, all you need on the buffet and eggs cooked to order. We look forward to returning here one day

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It's a series of bungalows. Its fresh and lovely. The staff was welcoming and the food was so good we ate dinner there twice! It was a beautiful time of year to go, October. Note - they close October 4th for the season. Everything was clean and crisp and there was SO much room! The pool isn't heated so a little chilly for us but it was very pretty and laid out well. There's no gym. But we loved the bike riding on the coast and if you aren't "sporty" you can ride in your car. Take an excursion to Santa Maria Leuca by car or bike you won't regret it. And get gelato in Castro which is 5 minutes away. Breathtaking and welcoming.

Bees outside at breakfast made it hard to enjoy the wonderful view and food. The coffee/cappacino/espresso wasn't hot. Otherwise the breakfast was excellent.

The snack menu during the day could have a few more options, although the options that they did have were delicious. The pool could be a bit bigger and perhaps even have a second pool. There needs to be a gym indoors. There is an outdoor area to excersise which is pretty but its very hot and weights and a couple of machines woukd be very useful.

The place is like a typical Italian village, will nice atmosphere and greenery. Breakfast was very good, and dinner was nice. They had all the facilities. The staff was very nice. We had some quiet pleasant days. The view from the terrace and the jacuzzi was amazing.

Beach suggestions. The LIDO they cooperate with was all in grass and we had to walk to the next Acquaviva to go into the sea. Everything on the resort was nice.

Top notch pool, views, food, service. An incredibly relaxing place to stay. Easy to walk to Castro.

Our bathroom did not have a shower or a place to mount the handheld sprayer from the tub. Water did not drain well on the floor if you showered standing up and the bathtub was too loose / wobbly to stand. American guests would want to know if there wasn’t a shower in a room. It’s also not clear at time of booking that the terraces are only accessible by walking outside and around back of the unit. All this considered, we would definitely still stay again and simply request a room with a shower.

Very spacious rooms (feels like a small bungalow thanks to the rooftop terrace). Nice pool with enough sun beds around the pool and in the garden. Very close (walking distance but a golf cart of the hotel will also bring you) to a really nice beach club.

Breakfast was not 5 stars. Not all staff speak well English and some of them were inefficient (slow to serve etc)

Rooms were very cozy, comfortable, clean and well designed. Rooms had nice terrace with sea view. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Breakfast was too weak in terms of alternatives, no cheese served at all in such a rich cuisine as in Italy, boiled eggs were very cold always. Pools are misleading in pictures, because they are mainly for children. Also, private beach doesn’t belong to hotel therefore, charged additionally.

An absolute gem of a hotel tucked away by the sea. Beautiful setting. Rooms were great and spacious. Day beds on the roof had a great view of the sea. But most of all the staff - they were amazing! Went out of their way to assist and so friendly and welcoming. All of them. Made our stay perfect.

Beautiful experience staying here. The property is in a lovely location near AquaViva, the food delicious and most importantly the service and staff were excellent. A special mention to Valerie & Vito, who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here.
