The hotel has nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Alessia was very helpful polite, polite, always smiley and made our stay really pleasant. Her positive and friendly attitude made us feel welcomed.She gave us suggestions on what to visit in the near areas and where to eat. Thank you , Alessia!!! The hotel is located around 2km from the old city but it is easy to get there. There is a free parking available. The breakfast has mostly a variety of sweet options. Good value for money.

There is no elevator but this is minor as it was only one floor up. We would like some more options for breakfast like eggs and bacon..

The front desk guy was great. With grace and humor.

There was loud noise. We could not figure out where it came from. Whether it was pipes, or what. The breakfast was ok. We asked for eggs. It came tasting awful. How can one ruin scrambled eggs?

Welcoming staff, clean and quiet rooms. It also includes breakfast and that is a big plus, water in the room fridge, enough parking spaces.

Maybe some vegetables at the breakfast can be added.

We like the hotel, really helpful and kid staff, room always very clean. Amazing breakfast and bar. Good location in Puglia if you come with car.
