The place is on a perfect place for a bike-hotel. Close to Massa Marittima (in Massa Veccia, the direction given here on booking is not true, the hotel is, where Massa was before and not up in the hills!) The hotel-rooms are ok for sleeping, the restaurant, cuisine and staff are excellent. If you like good hospitality in an relaxing environment, you can also go there without beeing one of the „bikers“ .

The only thing i can say is not about the hotel/rooms/accommodation itself, its more about the moskitos there. We had all a lot of bites to fight with, be aware and protect yourself if possible.

This was a fantastic find. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful - I was particularly impressed with the services and support options they have for mountain bikers (markers on the trail for location purposes in case of accident). I needed a shower after riding on the day I was leaving - no problem! I really appreciated this. The food in the restaurant was excellent - both the breakfast and the evening meal that I had - and they also sell their own wonderful olive oil. I will definitely pass details on to friends.

It is a beautiful place, great for chillax, however, the whole bicycle infrastructure is really impressive. Rooms are clean and nice, the swimming pool is awsome for both adults and children, there are a lot of lizards, birds, geckos - the nature is awsome in there. And it's nice that you can grab a fig from a fig tree that is in the garden. Breakfasts are really good.

The prices in the restaurant are a bit to high if we compare the quality of the food, we were for example disappointment for the pizza.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Our room was small but we had everything we needed. A lovely pool! A great location, close to Massa Marittima,a lovely town to visit. We're not bikers but might try next time. We would definitely stay here again.. Thank you Massa Vecchia!

Really nice staff, they helped me with everything I needed. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. The structure was great for families. I would recommend this place.

Nice area with greenspace all over. Restaurant with geeat free breakfast and a nice dinner (extra fee). Only there for a day and didn't get to enjoy the pool or other amenities, but it was a great place and close to beaches, by car
