Our apartment was located near the pool and space was enough for five persons and one dog. The offering for fun time was great and walking the dog within the hotel fence possible with quite nice places near nature. Many trees giving shadow and refreshing nice air. Beside we had an emergency the hotel staff helped us in any respect and even asking afterwards for the recovery situation. Many thanks from our family .

Improvement could be to install sun umbrella for giving shadow on the apartment terrace. Also, in the hot nights air condition was not possible to start. If families like to cook, they should bring along the basic things or buy alternatively at Massa Marittima supermarkets. Bialetti Mokka maker is available.

There was such a lovely feel about the place and every staff member was very nice and helpful. The resort was very clean, the pool area was great and the breakfast buffet was good. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was quite fresh. The animation for the kids and adults was really good around the pool area without it being too loud or disturbing for others. The room was very nice and clean for us and our two kids. There were options of various sport activities which our kids enjoyed(good tennis court). The pool was the best for them (10&13yrs)which had a good depths (ca. 2m) for swimming and taking their floaties on. There was a lovely separate pool for smaller kids too. Having a lifeguard there the whole time to keep order and everything clean and safe was nice too. There was a nice restaurant on site for an evening mea( they had own pizza clay oven and made food fresh from wood fired grilll. The setting and scenery of the resort was beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. I loved the view from our breakfast table. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come again!

The entertainment team was great, full of energy during the day at the pool and in the evening. Our kids loved it.

The sofa in the living room was damaged and not confortable and the Terrasse wasn‘t clean. We found lots of dogs hair and had to clean before we could let out baby walk outside. Also not very optimal roads to use a stroller.

A plain room not greatly maintained, but still quite decent for a Holiday stay. Great swimmingpools and activities around the pool and at the theatre.

The person that was guarding the pool was very much obsessed with the rules and power. That was quite unpleasant. Also was the toilet loose and the rest of the place could use some renovation.

The pools are very big, perfect for families The a la carta pizza restaurant is delicious and great value.

The apartments inside are dated, but they are big and clean. The evening entertainment starts late (22.00) and we could hear the music and noise in our apartment

we booked the vila like a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 days and it was totally worth the views, vibe, pool and facilities and super value for money. Must recommended for all.

areas of improvement- can have a small grocery /store within the vicinity which could be available for 24 Hours within the resort or till late night.

The scenery is so so beautiful! Looks into the Tuscan hills and everything makes you feel relaxed. It’s great to have children’s swimming pool and entertainment. The lead entertainer Cristian is super! Morad the manager of reception is so helpful and always has a smile. The place is clean and well kept.

The place is absolutely breathtaking. The real Toscana. We really enjoyed the stayed.

We had a trouble with our reservation via booking.com. Shortly, booking.com offers something what hotel is not able to provide. But the hotel did not reject our requirements. So we stuck while on the reception desk solving this issue but the hotel offered us better solution. So we were glad that it solved somehow. But it was unpleasant. AC would be the cherry on top of the cake, too hooooot.

We loved the location, the inside gardens, and mostly the pool. The apartment was nice, with a beautiful porch. I would have to disagree with many reviews about outdated rooms. Yes, the rooms are not new, but the apartment we had, was clean, spacious, and the shower is small but had no issues.

The food at the restaurant is good but I found it too expensive for the value, also the WiFi needs some booster. It worked only outside on the porch in one corner.
