These were truly the Tuscan holidays of my dreams in the most idyllic place. Every aspect of this property is absolutely exceptional. What makes it truly special is the energy of the place and the warmth that Katia and Fabrizio create. We felt so welcomed and cared for, and the atmosphere made us smile constantly. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape that we enjoyed with every breakfast. Our room was beautifully decorated and freshly renovated, making it a perfect retreat. Breakfasts offered a wide variety, including homemade cakes, and everything was delicious. I also wanted a place to relax and slow down, and this was exactly what I needed. It felt like time itself slowed down, allowing us to fully enjoy each moment without rushing. I hope we can return as soon as possible.

A beautiful podere! The rooms are so nicely decorated. One feels that every centimeter has been put so much thought into during planning. Wonderful hosts, always busy with realizing new ideas. A delicious breakfast buffet - Much of it is home made. Should there be a rainy day, no worries, an outstanding 'salon' is open to all guests with books and magazines - Everyone should find something of interest to them. Last, but certainly not least, the welcoming canine crew, Leo with the kindest heart and Orea with the calmest spirit.

Podere Camaiano is a gem and as been mentioned before, it is a magical place. Not only the location and accommodations but even more so because of our hosts Katia and Fabrizio, they truly welcomed us into their beautiful home and made us feel like we were a part of their family.... When we weren't absolutely enjoying all of their fresh homemade food (and coffee) and fascinating background they helped with making local restaurant reservations and guidance in the Maremma area... Of all the places we stayed while traveling through Italy this was our favorite.

Absolutely everything was perfect! Katia and Fabri are soooo kind and funny. They made me feel welcome and at home from the moment I arrived. My room and the whole place were renovated and decorated with love, and they paid so much attention to the small details that made the whole place so comfortable. My room was spacious and super clean with a very!!! comfy bed. The breakfast was incredible. Katia makes/bakes different local treats every day, and almost everything on the buffet is homemade. I enjoyed having breakfast outside with an amazing view. The view is even better from the pool :) Pls ask Katia for her favorite sunset spot and go there. It's so worth it! I also recommend having dinner there on the long table with everyone. The food was as delicious as at breakfast, and talking to Katia and Fabri was so much fun and super interesting.

The road that leads to the B&B is a bit of an adventure. It looks worse than it actually is. And it only feels very long the first time, haha. In fact, it's totally fine as long as you drive carefully and slower than usual. Also, you might wanna feel comfortable driving on narrow roads. This short dirt road should not be the reason not to stay here!!!

One of the best accomodations I have ever been to. Katia and Fab are the nicest and most welcoming hosts I ever met. They made us feel like home (their dogs had a contribution too), made us a really delicious dinner (we were fortunate to be a part of their family reunion at the inauguration of their b&b season opening ) and made our stay cozy and comfortable. We will be back for sure.

We cycled in Tuscany for 10 days, honestly, this is the only accomodation which I would recommend for everyone who wanna stay not only in beautiful place but also enjoy some evening time in cozy dining room with owners and other guests for short chat. Just to experience warm Italian hospitality, glass of fine wine and fresh pasta 😀

EXCELLENT! Podere Camaiano was one of our favourite stays in Italy. 1. Katia, Fabri, and their staff are lovely people who strike a perfect balance between professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. Clear communicators. They also helped set up a massage for when we arrived, and took care of an administrative request I had. 2. The environment is peaceful, set atop a hill with a forested background and sweeping views of the valley. 3. The breakfast is delicious and varied; to name a few, we have cured meats, fruit, eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, and home made pastries (savoury or sweet), bread, cakes, jams, yogurt. 4. SO CLEAN. 5. The design is eclectic and tasteful. Our bedroom was very quiet and can be completely darkened for a good night's sleep. I also ADORE the open-style shower of Room #2; it drains quickly and there's good water pressure too. 6. The cute animal residents, especially the world's chillest cat, Ciciu. At one point we wondered if Podere Camaiano was too out of the way, and if we should book elsewhere. We decided to stick with our initial gut feeling, and so up the hill we went in our little Fiat. And I'm so glad we did. They've had a lot of travelers, so I admire, even more, how they still take such pride in giving such a wonderful experience for everyone, from the fresh-cut flowers to providing a beverage on arrival. It's heart. I wish we got to stay longer. GRAZIE!

The VIEW, the whole property: a hidden jewel!💎, the room, the owners: Katia and Fabrizio are FANTASTIC!! Trying to please you in every single way!, the breakfast: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, the swimming pool, etc etc etc

My only “ scary” moment was when we had to climb( with the car!!) a little part of the steel hill to reach the property: it seemed that the car was not going to make it, but that was only our own fault! Just had to put the gear in 1st and all went 👍🏼But it is good to know, so you are not surprised by this 🚙! It happened only at arrival , afterwards it all went perfect!!

First of all, accommodation is perfect. Great location, great surroundings, great pool, and gym. Whole house is designed and decorated beautifully. Hosts, Fabrizio, and Katia welcomed us with open hearts and prepared a great homey dinner one evening with all the guests.

There really isn't anything we didn't like :)

The property is incredibly beautiful – a historic home with modern amenities and panoramic views of the Tuscan valley. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, taking the time to chat with us about the history of the property, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade jam, focaccia, and much more. Highly recommend. Will for sure stay here again and will be recommending to friends traveling to the area!
