This is hospitality at its best. A fantastic old castle renovated with heart and charm. Beautiful breakfast, fresh straberries, cakes and salty regional cold cuts. The dinner was a fest eacht evening with fresh fish and pasta and nice regional wines. A great experience.

To arrive with your car a better description and signage would be nice to avoid driving around the village. When it is raining the room temperature needs to be adjusted.

The proprety is a small castel. The rooms are very large and is very tastefully furnished. There is a swiming pool and parking.You can relax in the garden with see view. You can feel also the artistic athmosfer in the proprety. Is wondetful place for stay.

This property is a 5⭐️ stay! This old olive mill amidst a peaceful grove has been beautifully transformed into an elegantly comfortable BnB, with spa, charming grounds, swimming pool. an incredibly romantic getaway! Gianluca was very helpful in assisting me at my arrival. The owners were very welcoming and gracious. I will definitely return!

absolutely beautiful- the rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. we were given wonderful restaurant recommendations in once sant’amgelo and manfedonia. breakfast outside on the terrace was lovely. all around a beautiful, quiet and non touristy location.

the location is a bit remote from monte sant’angelo. going there for dinner requires a drive on a very mountainous curvy road.

We absolutely loved to stay in a castle... the interior is as stunning as the surroundings with a beautiful large garden, pool area, and the view! We felt so welcome and were spoilt with an incerdible aperitivo and snacks. The owners are very kind and open, with loads of suggestions. What a truly special experience. in

Authentic accommodation that is conveniently located for exploring both the coast and hills. Especially the pool area was great: well designed, lovely surrounding garden and view and very comfortable. Also thought the historical details in the room were a nice touch and enjoyed the self service breakfast with a wide choice variety

The room was large and stylish but could be optimized to make it more comfortable, for us personally we found the mattress hard. We also found the language barrier with the staff a bit challenging as nobody spoke any English (google translate to help us make our suggestions).

Everything was perfect! The hotel staff were simply the best! The villa itself was beautiful and the gardens added to the effect. We spoke little to no Italian, yet communication was not a problem. The breakfasts has local and homemade food and the dinners were cooked for you personally, with fresh and local ingredients. As we were leaving we bought wine and olive oil (which came from the garden by the way), and to this day the olive oil is the we’ve had. -Denis and Olga (Russi turisti)
