Outstanding breakfast with local specialities and wonderful bread! Rooms were roomy with exceptional view and good privacy. We had rooms with sea-view and balcony and can recommend those rooms! Beds were excellent. Appreciated that we had a refrigerator on the room. But this was all exceeded by the value of the staff. Very friendly, open and helpful in every way possible. The location was excellent, close to Monte Sant'Angelo while at the same time quiet and beautiful surroundings. with easy parking. The owner has excellent material (books, maps, etc) on the area and the national park. We also very much appreciated the advice on restaurants from the owner. We could verify during our stay that the recommendations were good! With good weather, the balcony added lots of value!

We really have to think hard of things we do not like. And these are minor observations. With inclement weather (we were very early, in April and also experienced some bad weather), the breakfast locale was then a bit cold and windy. The owner had a heater installed to take the worst of cold away and that helped a lot. With good weather the breakfast room was outstanding. The hotel next door could give some noise in the evening when hosting parties. But that never went late. Speaking a little bit of Italian (or using a translator) helped a lot with communication. As I said, minor points to take into account.

Fantastic view, very quiet area within walkable distance to the city center (15min). Very friendly owners. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

As people get up and breakfast preparation starts, you will hear the noise a bit, especially if you have a room close to the entrance

My husband and I love locations away from the crowds in picturesque spots and this one was absolutely like that!❤️ Additionally, very tasty breakfasts, local products, sweet and salty, as you prefer. Rooms nice, comfortable and very clean. And most importantly - the rooms from the mountains site have an amazing view from the balcony! One morning a large crowd of goats passed by, each with a huge bell around its neck. It was so sweet😇 Moreover, the time we were (early October) was not hot anymore, but the balcony has a microclimate and is much warmer than it actually is and without wind. So I spent half a day on the balcony sunbathing in average weather😄 The center of the city is about 20 minutes from the hotel by walking also with beautiful views😊 Monte Sant Angelo - magical place😍

Good and quiet location. Within a few minutes drive you reach the places of interest. Clean and tidy, free parking. Amazing view from the balcony to the bay of Manfredonia. An excellent breakfast and we also received very good recommendations for restaurants in the town. The hosts are very kind and nice. All our requests were handled properly.

The owners are super-nice, accommodating both reasonable and also (some) unreasonable requests. The view from the breakfast area is amazing.

"Don't like" is a harsh term - But most things are just a bit too basic to generate a "Wow" factor. Breakfast is basic, rooms are basic, showers are basic. Also the pool (At least when we were there) was not accessible directly from the B&B so you had to walk down and around another building. Just a bit too much of a hassle to make it convenient.

Lovely setting, comfortable room, nice bathroom and very good breakfast. The owners are very hospitable and want to ensure you have a nice stay.

excellent views! spacious bedroom with three beds (we only needed two). excellent breakfast with meat, cheese, fresh bread, and pastries. ripe tomatoes, etc!! and made to order coffee - not from a machine. beds and pillows were comfortable!
