The property generally is top class. Super clean and staff are really friendly. the spa is amazing.

The outdoor pool needs to be heated! It was colder than the sea water !! It was just super super cold water. given that it’s an amazing pool but has very low usage, I would’ve thought management would pick up on that and understand and realise why it wasn’t being used properly. the indoor pool was heated but on a warm day you do want to stay outdoors and enjoy the sun but you also don’t want to freeze in the pool water. I also think that they need to introduce some more vegetarian dishes into the menu for dinner and for lunch. And given that it’s a five star resort it would be handy to have a kids menu.

A well-decorated, renovated and stylish hotel set in endless gardens in an old country style villa. You can be sure that the staff will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable! They are all very warm and friendly! The hotel does not have a direct beach but that is absolutely no problem! They have a shuttle to the beach and the private beach is a great place! Emanuel is working very hard to make it beautiful! The spa area is completely new and very big! You will be pleased with the amazing care of the spa manager - you should try the massages! The outdoor pool is also big and spacious! We would like to thank everyone who made us feel at home during our stay (reception, room service, pool bar, lobby bar and bell boys).

The restaurant service is incredibly slow! Generally the waiters are running around like bees but the chefs don't do much - just welcome and what do you want to drink! This was a bit annoying! also in a long stay hotel we expect the restaurant menu to change even if it is a daily main course but the same menu was served every day! At then end staff was very friendly and did all they can!

The entire staff was super friendly and highly professional at all times. The wonderful spa featured an array of amenities, including an indoor pool, sauna, trepidarium, and more, all of which we enjoyed to the fullest. The outdoor pool area (with its pool bar) was really cool. The hotel's architecture and the gardens were elegant and beautiful.

While the daily breakfast was enjoyable, it could have benefited from more variety. The private beach, unfortunately, did not meet 5-star expectations, being somewhat small, distant from other facilities, and affected by algae. The restaurant experience was decent: the staff were very professional, but the food itself was only average, especially considering the pricing. The hotel’s focus on sustainability is commendable, but small plastic bottles were still being used for daily toiletries.

The booking process was a major faff. Booked with booking.com but instead of taking payment it sent various messages in the days following that contained a link that didn’t work with internet explorer….. almost gave up as was so needy and unnecessary. Ended up emailing asking fir a link I could use. Then got to the hotel and they weren’t aware I’d paid so what was the point? All very long winded and unnecessary and would have put lots of people off

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of remarkable due to the incredible staff. As frequent travelers, my wife and I have encountered many hospitality teams, yet none have matched the exceptional friendliness and attentiveness we experienced here. The staff not only remembered our names but also our specific preferences, from our favorite coffee to our preferred wine. This personalized touch made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service in a welcoming environment.

The hotel is really well designed with lots of luxury features, the spa is amazing and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast and dinner food options are also strong. It is a very relaxing environment with large comfortable rooms where the air conditioning works well.

The hotel is in a very remote location so you need a car to properly visit the surrounding area/ other restaurants as taxis are very expensive.

The staff are a credit to the hotel - they go above and beyond to help make your stay as perfect as possible. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. There was a tranquility at the hotel despite being mid August.

The food is extremely good on the whole but if you chose to base yourself at the hotel and not visit local restaurants the restaurant menu could quickly become a little limited after a few days and probably not ideal for most children although they were very accommodating when asked for alternatives. It is a shame there is not a more atmospheric bar - the bar is really only an adjunct of the reception area with very bright lighting and doesn't really seem to tempt guests in. It was empty after dinner most nights.

Exceptional staff in all areas-reception, restaurant,pool, bar and cleaning. Simply five star as per the hotel rating.

Not an issue for us as we brought our own car from Malta. I would advise organising transport unless you simply want to stay at the hotel all day.

We like absolutely everything. Hotel have big wellness area, big outdoor swimming pool. Very comfortable furniture. Comfortable beds, big rooms. Rich breakfast. Extremely friendly staff, which makes your stay complete.

Overall - excellent stay. Amazing staff - from check in, breakfast, lunch, spa and dinner. Massive rooms - comfy bed and great pillows. Extremely clean and well maintained property. Lovely pool area. Spa was amazing.
