The best thing in the facility is the swimming pool — clean, warm water. Sun loungers are available at any time of the day. The apartment was not very big, but pleasant — sufficient for a family of four.

The property should come a bit closer to current European standards. Things like towels or fresh bed linen should be included in the price. The same goes for dishwashing liquid and a supply of toilet paper.

We loved everything about our stay, and we are looking forward to coming back. The apartment was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essential equipment. There are many beaches to choose from within walking distance, and it takes a short drive to get to San Foca or Torre del Orso in the evening. It is also possible to take a walk by the beach to a restaurant nearby. The swimming pool is very clean and safe, even for small children. It is closed 13-15, but that's when we were taking a break anyway. The lifeguard was very friendly and played some good music in the afternoons. Swimming caps are required, so it's good to remember to pack them with you.

The property is a great value for the money you're paying. The apartment was equipped with everything you will need. We had a great view. The pool is very clean, and we we're impressed by how much effort they put into maintaining and keeping it clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Parking won't be an issue there with the property

Renting an apartment when you need to even bring dishwashing soap and basic toiletries and even buy it rent from reception bed sheets is something we are quite not used to . The swimming pool could be open 24h without made up rules . The staff is not as friendly as in other places we have visited in Italy

The beach in front of the hotel is very small. It is better to use a car or bus and go a little bit far away close to the city. There are paid beaches, but very nice and comfortable with buffets, sun beds, and umbrellas. The pool is very clean, the lifeguard is very nice. And do not forget to take your own swim hat! Otherwise, you have to buy one at the reception :)

It is just sad that you are not allowed to use the pool before 9 pm and then during lunchtime till 3 am and then it is closed very early in the evening. Maybe it would be great to have two boys in the pool.

We liked the size and facilities of the room. The pool was great and there was handy off street parking right outside our unit.

The room had been recently plastered and not cleaned up properly, so we ended up with plaster dust all over our bags from the wall. There was no hot water the morning after we arrived and we ended up having cold showers. When we told the person in the office, they were quite indifferent, could barely apologise and offered no compensation. The room is also quite tired and dated.

The view to the ocean is spectacular. The pool is large, but no area for children. The small side pool is for wheel chairs Closest beach is just across the road.

No facilities in the area. The closest village San Foca have only a very small supermarket.

The location was nice and quiet.
