Overpriced and still charging 40euros for sauna, 80euros for e-bike … this is somehow standard in other pricey hotels. City was rather empty at this time of season, Otrante would be better choice as there is more attractions and restaurants.

It is really nice place to stay for couple of nights and explore surrounding. The quality of food was exceptional - the cook was offering cousin typical for Pulia and all dishes I tried were delicious. Definitely worth going for a dinner even without staying at the hotel. The wether was capricious but constantly almost every day 23 degrees and sunny ... in the first half of October. Quality of service - all waitresses, reception, cleaning professionals taking care of customer, friendly greetings but not overdone. the location and the venue itself - worth taking a room with seaside view.

I did not understand the concept of sauna being part of SPA area. 35 Euro for 90 minutes. In majority of five stars hotels this service is first for free and secondly there was nothing special offered. Just sauna, tea and water. Interesting that using twice the service I was the only customer, but I was "kicked out" after 90 min not being even offered prolongation for a price or half of the price. Quality of cosmetic service below average.

The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were spotless, clean, modern, and beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I had in Italy. Also, the hotel is only a short walking distance to the area where there are lots of restaurants. Most of all you have a beautiful sea view from your terrace which is an excellent point.

Check out time is at 10:30 AM. I am not sure if this is a standard in Italy but I find too early for the price you pay for the hotel

Ants in my room, I made a mistake with the booking and accidentally added an extra day to my stay that I didn´t and couldn´t use and the hotel did nothing for me regarding that. We spent a lot of money at the facilities it would have been nice that let part of that additional night go towards that cost

Location is good, weather in September was not great - rain and wind. Beach is a walk or navetta ride but very nice.

For the price paid, I think the parking and sauna usage could be included in the cost of the room. For some it may be a little noisy as it sits on the main road and a busy beach (in summer), is directly opposite. However still a wonderful and enjoyable stay!

The hotel is very modern and nice. The rooms confortable and very good breakfast. Best of all was the attention of Alessia in the front desk and her great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

The website does not make it clear that there is a $30- charge to access the beach chairs/umbrellas for 2 people. Although this is typical for Italy, it appeared to us that this was included in the price of the hotel and ended up costing us an extra $90 per day.

Love everything about it, location , facilities, staff, food, this place is super! It’s a gem ! Thank you guys for making my stay so amazing ! The staff goes out of their way to help you and make sure you are enjoying your stay !

the hotel is absolutely stunning, the decoration is on point and really really nice and the restaurant delicious - go will your eyes closed. breakfast is very nice. the rooms are huge and very modern. beautiful pools (1st floor and rooftop)
