Tranquil setting yet close to city and beaches. Clean villa’s with basic needs. The nice pool is set in a relaxed and cosy garden with a bar. Always enough sun beds and shade. The owner is service focused and very supportive to help with any requests or recommendations. Restaurant serves good food and friendly staff.

You should not choose this place because of its private beach. You pay the same price for sun beds as places a few minutes further with much nicer beach and facilities.

Nice agriturismo in a very beautiful location surrounded by trees. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was spacious with easy access to the pool at the back. Breakfast was good but some more fresh produce would be good. Like fresh bread and freshly squeezed orange juice. The juices were very sugary shop bought out of the carton. I also missed having coffee and tea facilities in the room for enjoying in the afternoon. The pool area was really lovely. You feel surrounded by nature. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed 5 nights and were happy there.

Breakfast was more basic than expected. Maybe replace the juices with more natural juices and more fresh produce option in general. Rooms could do with a kettle and coffee and tea facilities. This is basic for hotels.

The location was lovely, 10 minutes to Otranto. You do need your own transport if you are going to stay here. It is very peacful and quite. The pine woods were lovely to explore and it is not too far from the beach. If you are going exploring, a visit to Otranto, Lecce and Gallipoli is a must. But don't skip Maglie, Castro and Santa Cesarea Terme, for their charm. We are not sit beside the pool people, but that area in the resort was beautiful looking, with lots of room for residence to sunbathe and a bar to get snacks and drinks.

We ate in the restaurant on our first night only. The food was unseasoned and no flavour. The portions were very small for the price. A glass of wine, which was costly, was no more than a mouthful (maybe we have bigger mouths). The ambiance was lovely but the food was a total let down. We also asked for some milk on our first day for myu mother and aunt who like to have milk in their tea (which the brought with them) from the small bar that was open, as it was a Sunday there were no shops open until later in the evening. They charged us almost the same price we were paying for a litre of milk in the shop for 100ml. It was disappointing, a small gesture goes a long way.

The location is beautiful in the middle of a forest very green and very calm. The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are really spacious and the staff are incredibly friendly. The pool is really well kept and clean with lots of sunbeds for you to lie on and lots of shade. Elisabetta was exceptional and provided 5 star services making our stay even better. The food was good, great wine. Would definitely return. The beach beautiful and is only 10-15min walk under the shade of the trees.

The portions of the food are quite small. The dinner service is sometime chaotic and a bit all over the place. There were basically no vegetables on the menu or salads not great if you like lighter dishes or are vegetarian or have intolerances. The breakfast was the same everyday and could have used some variation. The beach is beautiful but the sand is disappearing so there’s not much space and the water rises sometimes.

Great holiday residence, a room was nice and clean, the stuff was very polite and helpful. A pool is big and well maintained. Very good breakfast and dinner quality, only complaint is that the dinner is not self-service.

There is no public transport outside the summer season, but that is not a residence fault (google info is misleading). You should call a taxy to travel around the Alimini and Otranto, if you don't come by a car.

Very relaxed property in a good location. Staff lead by Andrea are very chilled. All the family enjoyed the pool area. Some music at night. Easy close by access to a good quality beach, with chairs and shade booked through hotel. Easy access to many eating options all around the area and further afield. Lecce 50 mins, great fun swimming at Porto Badisco. Aircon not bad. A great holiday had by all the family. Ostuni a great option when heading back to the airport

A little old. Kitchenette a bit dingy. But bathroom very good. Relaxing to sit out the back of the apartment also. Road driving a little crazy as expected, the middle of the road apparently is not the middle of the road. Bring a good book also.

Beautiful apartments and charming territory with lots of greenery- flower bushes. Perfect pool area with relaxing zone under olive trees and a nice bar. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Manager Andrea is extremely attentive, helpful and guest oriented. We felt ourselves at home.

We wouldn’t recommend 2 floor apartments for families with little kids and old people - the staircases would be tricky for them.

Loved everything about Altair. The accommodation is spotless clean, well equipped and spacious, all the staff but especially Claudio and Andrea go above and beyond their duties to make your stay enjoyable. The pool area is so tranquil, spotless clean, beautiful setting for relaxing before or after some sightseeing. Otranto is a beautiful town, we will be back. For a stay in September a car is essential to explore the beautiful region.

Everything, the staff and the location are amazing, the studio was clean and comfortable, the residence is pet friendly, perfect if you have a dog. Pets are allowed to the restaurant and the swimming pool. Food at the restaurant was fantastic.

A perfect add on could be a cocktail bar by the swimming pool opened in the evening

Surrounded by beautiful nature, apartments are nice an comfortable, suitable for summer time, when raining it was very cold inside. Apartments are also very spacious and kitchen solidly equiped. The pool was exeptional, clean and put in a nature with trees.

Kitchen needed some update, there were also some things missing. Childrens playground was not properly safe for use, the garden also needed some work done, there were wired fences lying around not safe for children.
