My recent stay at Tenuta Paifer was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was welcoming and attentive, the owner was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Waking up to the sounds of the countryside and enjoying a delicious breakfast. The warm hospitality and authentic Apulian experience in a farmhouse, the owners went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering helpful recommendations and making me feel like a valued guest, they gave us helpful advice on local sights. For the peaceful atmosphere, I highly recommend Tenuta Paifer anyone seeking an authentic and welcoming experience in the Otranto area.

The staff

The location was good, a 10 minute walk from the beach, close to Otranto (by car) for an evening walk or dinner in the city. Breakfast was great, plentiful and with some changes every day, in a very nice and cozy pavilion . The room was very clean, modern, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom. There is even a space dedicated to you outside the room with table and chairs. Fernando was a great host, helped us in every way we needed. Great value for money!

Everything was perfect. We were very impressed by Fernanda and Ada's hospitality, smiling faces, friendship, helpfulness, attentive and high-quality service. They served a rich breakfast every day. Dinner was very diverse and all of very high quality. I loved the sea food salad I had for lunch. Thank you very much for everything. The farmhouse is very comfortable and has a large green area. A calm, peaceful environment. We stayed for four days, we would have liked to stay longer but our time was limited. We would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

The attention and recommendations of the host, Mr. Fernando, and the beach service offered are the highlights of the stay.

The room is comfortable, but a little dark and with a small view of the outside. It is a very beautiful place, but without activities or leisure areas. We missed having a swimming pool and a bar (which we knew it didn't have, but would be an excellent addition to the place).

The whole property was impressively clean and comfortable. The grounds were lovely and the accommodation was very comfortable. The bed in particular was very comfortable and the shower was great. Our hosts, Fernando and Ada were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meals were available most days; delicious home cooking.

There was nothing to not like.

It was well located to explore and enjoy the local beaches and to visit the surrounding cities of Otranto and Lecce. Had designated parking too within the complex.

We had booked a superior room but were given an apartment instead which was right next to wash lines and cleaning staff stores and facilities.

Abundant breakfast, with plenty of fruit (plus) and any drink. Location is ideal if you have a car, beaches in Salento are unbelievable. Parking is included

We did not witness any heatwave and did not use AC, but asking an extra fee for it is not the best.

Very close to the beach and situated in a nice secluded hill. Otranto and some nice restaurants are only a few minutes drive away. A shuttle service is organized by the hotel making it possible to get to the lido Universo with ease. We wished we could stay longer. Fernando was extremely helpful and I can only further recommend this place.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, great value for money. I would definitely return.

Everything was excellent, the only thing that let it down were the beds which were unfortunately very uncomfortable.

location is not far from Otranto downtown, pretty close to the beaches ((baia dei turchi area). The structure is quietly placed in the middle of the nature. The rooms are big enough as well as the bathroom. there is an outdoor patio right outside the room. Nice to stay.

nothing in particular. the only thing could be the bed. It is a bit short for people tall like me. (190 cm)
