The staff are fantastic, well trained and extremely helpful and polite. The pool is spectacular and suitable for all ages. The breakfast is very generous with numerous choices to please everyone. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.

The listing on Booking.com is very inaccurate. It’s Not beachfront and the shuttle service to beach club is not available until later in the season. Booking.com should verify statements on their website.

Breakfast was great and the service was excellent. The kids loved the big pool. We had an issue with our rental car and the staff managed it for us so we could enjoy our evening in town.

Internet was spotty inside our room. Guests should be able to receive beach towels for the pool.

The junior suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff really did their best to make our stay a good experience, although some times the structure itself is just not up to it.

The place is missing small details to make it really good. A few examples: - Not a single hook in the bathroom to hang towels - the swimming pool is really not kids friendly, as well as the “kids play area” is a big let down - it’s super small, very run down and just next to the deep end of the pool (2 meters deep). - upon arrival we discovered that the shuttle and restaurant services were not available due to low season. It did not spoil the holidays, however it would have been good to know in due time.

I had an absolute wonderful time here the staff are amazing . Adriano especially looked after us so well at the pool bar And was helping me with my Italian also gave me tobacco when I had ran out and wanted to wait to go to town later. he made lovely drinks too. the pool is massive and clean . we stayed in a junior sweet it was so private like little Villas the shower was gorgeous. We had a mini fridge the cleaners we're great everyday lovely fresh room . towels and made bed . the breakfast was nice fresh fruit of all types eggs toast and and array of cakes home made by a lovely woman In the kitchen . there is a bus to the beach every hour and back . they offer massages too .in the hotel . which I didnt avail of . they had a taxi man who picked.us up every day .

I didn't like the ants don't leave food out but thats something u shud know haha the location without a car or scooter . Otranto centre was too far too walk for me so got taxis which cost us 15 each way but was told b4 coming to puglia u need a car to get round .

The staff were very personal. Made sure they kept in touch about our arrival and even though it was very late they waited for us and kept the bar open so we could get a drink. The breakfast was stunning and made to order. We were lucky enough to stay out of season and had the whole pool to ourselves!

Lovely family bungalow, nice privacy. The big pool was great and clean and enough sunbeds for everybody. Not too crowded, and a lot of space. Only 5 min drive to the city and 7 min to the beach, the shuttle to the beach was free and efficient.

loved the enormous pool. breakfasts were good. we really liked the beach where we had free loungers and umbrella although we didn’t know that until 2 days into our stay

the fact the restaurant was closed every night

My husband and I loved our two night stay at the resort, and wish we’d stayed longer. We stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Pool was amazing. Parking good. The staff we met were really welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on both nights of our stay.

Nice accomodation with all green around. Clean, nice pool, nice staff. Very good breakfast.

We saw rat severeal times under Palm trees running during breakfast.

Loved this family friendly resort. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Pool superb. Other guests were super friendly also. Some of them come back every year. We came end of season so it was a bit quieter but still lots to do.
