The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was massive and very clean, cleaned every day. The bar staff and restaurant were great. Breakfast was ok, a bit samey and no choice of anything hot. The walk to town is ok during the day, but not great at night, so we only walked once and took the car the rest of the time. The Spa was shut during our visit, not sure if it's still open. The pool and the pool are were great, some road noise from the adjacent road but nothing too much.

we had a lovely stay at this hotel. beautiful pool, nice staff, good rooms and good location close to the city. we would recommend a stay here, also enjoyed the food and wine and ambiance at the restaurant.

when dining at the restaurant we were the last ones finishing our course and staff disappeared prioritising the celebration of the waiter's birthday over us as guests. we were not presented a bill, but actually felt awkward to have to "crash" the waiter's and the staff's celebrations as we were walking out and had to ask if we could get the bill....they looked as us and we felt like disturbing them and were then told we could pay at checkout. it was surely no bad intent, but awkward as it we felt deprioritized as guests and then only saw the bill when we ultimately checked out... it has to be said the restaurant is rather pricy compared to other restaurants in town, so it just didn't fit with the rest of the dinner and hotel experience.

The property is very beautiful and impeccably clean. It is not in the centre but one cannot have a resort in a city centre. The walk is 10-15 min to Otranto’s old town. Enjoyed the breakfast, sitting on the lovely relaxation areas and the pool area is wonderful. The workers were very helpful and courteous.

The room was very small. We practically had no space to open the luggage. The shower only had a head piece/rain shower and hence you have to be careful to avoid getting your hair wet. No lift to the first floor. At least I would expect the hotel staff to help in such situations. They helped us on the way in but not on the way out.

Fantastic hotel overall. The location is great, only a 10 minute walk to the centre and easy to get to via car. The staff were so friendly; from the receptionists, night porter, bar staff and cleaners. Breakfast was good (especially the pasticciotto). You have to give back the room key when you leave (for the day/for town, etc), but this shows they care about security. Thankyou again!

Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Restaurant was lovely. Room was functional with lovely garden view. Staff were very helpful. Very peaceful setting a great place to unwind. Garden has beautiful olive trees each with their own character. Would definitely stay again

Shower in room only had hand shower working overhead shower didn't work. Would advise people to be very careful of step from hallway to reception you can easily miss it would advise hotel to mark it out as we nearly fell a few times by missing the step.

Great care and attention given to keeping the hotel clean and safe. Helpful welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast buffet offers a nice choice and can set you up for the day. The restaurant open to outside guests in the evening offers a tasty menu with a good selection of wines. The pool is clean, well maintained and good size with relaxing vibe and sunbeds.

If you are tall (over 180cm/5ft 11+) thing you need to be careful of as you go to descend the stairs from the 1st floor to the ground floor (Reception area), you will hit your head on the ceiling. I did it a few times at the start of my stay. I had to remember to duck my head and descend the stairs with head bowed - as there is no sign warning you or padding to protect your head.

Location was excellent and the swimming pool area was excellent. Staff were excellent and the style of the hotel was great too. This could be a fantastic hotel with a little more customer interaction

The hotel really exceeded our expectations in grandeur and consistently caring and attentive service. The location itself was really stunning and the building and pool are not to miss. It’s definitely worth booking here if you don’t mind being slightly away from town center- although they do have a private pathway that leads straight to the port anyways!

I cannot fault anything really, we had an amazing time- a great hotel for anyone who doesn’t mind the short walk into city center.

Beautiful hotel far exceeded our expectations, decor, fittings and furniture were all top quality. The pool was gorgeous especially after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast was great always fresh and varied and plentiful. The staff were lovely always with a smile.

Location is a 15 minute walk to Otranto Town centre part of which is along a dark road with no pavement. Ensure you ask reception about using the back gate as this makes it a bit easier

The building was lovely, as was the pool. The staff were very helpful. Lounge area welcoming.

Would have liked a kettle in the room, and for the price I would expect it ( but to be fair it didn't say there was one on booking.com) The single beds are very narrow, like children's beds.
