The property is located a few kilometres outside of the main town of Otranto and was absolutely beautiful and so well maintained throughout. The food was exceptional. We ate dinner on 2 evenings and also had food at lunch time and couldn't fault it. The quality of the produce was just incredible. Breakfast consisted of many choices with something to suit everyone's taste and the coffee was great! The swimming pool area was beautiful and had really comfortable sun loungers. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We hired e-bikes for a day and rode into Otranto which I would highly recommend. Overall we could not fault our stay in Masseria L'Uliveto Agri Resort and would highly recommend to family and friends. We would certainly return!

Everything was perfect

We stayed here at a quiet time and were the only guests. There is ample parking at the Masseria. The staff were very helpful and kind - we don't speak Italian, and they speak little English but we managed well with Google translate. The room was quiet and well equipped. The gardens were beautiful and quiet apart from birdsong. We had a pleasant meal in the restaurant one night. The price at the time of year we stayed was good value. The walk into Otranto took about 20mins, but the first 5 to 10mins of this was on the verge of biggish roads. This didn't bother us much, but might be an issue for some people. Otranto is a lovely town.

The location was perfect, with plenty of parking. The room was great, it was spotless and thoroughly cleaned each day. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice. And the grounds were gorgeous - we loved the pool!

The only feedback we would give, is that it would be nice to keep the pool area for hotel guests only. Was great to see the restaurant so busy at lunchtimes, but felt a little strange being surrounded by people taking photos when you’re relaxing in your swimming cossie!

We had a brilliant time here. The staff were very efficient and pleasant. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. These were the best breakfasts that we had during our whole stay in Puglia (16 days 6 different locations). The pool and grounds were lovely. Handy location to get in and out of Otranto.

Our room had a lovely terrace but the outside pond seemed a little stagnant and seemed to attract insects - the room had mosquito plug-ins but could probably have done with something on the terrace to deter the bites.

The pool was amazing, the breakfast is very very good with authentic food from Puglia. The staff is super nice and welcoming and the rooms have private access and are super peaceful. The horses in the backyard are too nice and it’s good to keep contact with the nature. The location is good, very close to the city center if you have a car.

The only thing I would change are the curtains in the bedroom, in the morning the light gets into the room, and the double bed are actually 2 single beds put together, a part from that I wouldn’t change anything else.

I would highly recommend, the resort is an oasis close to the town, although not easy to walk into Otranto. Room was new and very well laid out with it's own garden and plunge pool. Swimming pool was very nice with towels provided, set in lovely gardens. Frederica was so helpful and friendly, she spoke great English too. There was a great choice at breakfast, so much to choose from, all beautifully laid out.

Early check out, think it should be 11.00am at the earliest.

The staff made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was built with beautiful stonework and had an old world feel. The gardens were really nice with a nice planting scheme, fruit trees and a small farm area. This masseria had the added bonus of having a top notch restaurant. We dined there one evening with lovely food and wine then strolled back to our room. The setting for dining was ideal and the breakfast had a great selection. This is a very quite and private space created in lush green envirnoment. We would highly recommend this masseria.

The location is very near the town of Otranto which is an added bonus. You will need to drive or get a taxi as walking is dangerous with a motorway roundabout with no pathway on one part of the journey. The rest of the walk is fine.

Beautifully lush landscaped masseria with a wonderful pool. good location close to Otranto centro. Individual “cottages”. Plentiful breakfast. Our second visit.

The constant loud “chirping” of cicadas or crickets. Also lots of mosquitoes … (It’s nature, not controllable by the masseria) but it was annoying!

The beautiful landscape of the Masseria, the swimming pool. The outside restaurant surrounded by the garden with beautiful plants and flowers was very enjoyable. The food was very good with local ingredients. The breakfast bufett was outstanding with so many choices, unbelievable.

Lovely complex-friendly staff and helpful-best breakfast we had in all of italy-ideal for Otranto just outside the town-nice swimming pool-nice rooms and terraces - restaurant on site but didnt eat there! Free parking!

The rooms although stylish are quite small but OK for 2 days!
