Had everything we needed so well equipped, use of a fridge your own shelf in it. Drying racks in the room for your towels etc. Lovely host really nice and friendly. We were so impressed with our stay, value for money is phenomenal. It’s no frills but has everything you need and is so perfect for a base to explore Otranto or Beach! Free parking outside too! 10 minute walk into town and to local beach! Just perfect, don’t miss out!

Excellent family run hotel, very clean and conveniently located just outside of town. The swimming pool is lovely, and there is a shared kitchen with a shelf in the fridge for each room.

There is not much water pressure in the bathroom, but this is a very limited inconvenience.

Comfortable room with shared kitchen available for use. Nicely furnished and very clean. Nice, big terrace and garden with pool a real bonus! Easy parking outside the property and only a 10 minute walk into the old town.

Self service breakfast at €10 was extra but didn’t seem very good value.

Clean and comfortable room. We had cleaning services almost daily. The pool zone was very stylish. Stefano and Francesco were very polite, helpful and always present. Even if the property is near the train station, there were no incidents or noises. I especially loved the cat on the property, Cico really enlightened our stay there.

Very roomy, relaxing with pool to cool off. Parked at front at no cost. Host was obliging for checkin and stay.

500 walk to beach although not too much of a burden. Single beds pushed together not as good as queen bed.

The garden was the perfect place to remote work from! It was very peaceful. The flat was spotless, bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with tea/coffee, fridge etc. It was a great location, walking distance from the beach and all the sights. The host Stefano was very kind and responsive! He gave me vouchers for breakfast, helped me with an adaptor, let me stay in the common area after checkout. I felt right at home here! Perfect location, lovely staff, absolutely perfect. Stefano is lovely and cannot do enough for his hosts. A very personable accommodation.

This accommodation is so easy to find and parking was free and plenty (directly in front at the train station). We liked that there is a big kitchen and also several supermarkets just down the street (dok being the nearest). The pool is also nice but we did not have time unfortunately and also we were there during the low season (the pool was still functional but many items were already removed). Going to the city center/fortress by foot was too time consuming for us so we went by car. Free parking in the center is hard to find but we went past the old town and parked in the "Via Orte" road (there are some parking spots without blue marking). You can also try the "Parcheggio Via Orte" which is there, it should also have some free parking...

Host gave a very warm welcoming and made effort to communicate. Discrete but helpful presence. The place offers Ideal connection with common transport (bus) to reach various places in the region Place was calm for me but some rooms have view towards roundabout where buses stop Few meters away from host place, you can find a supermarket. Breakfast matches the Italian standard: good but if you’re French style breakfast taker, let’s say it does the job.

Not that I did not appreciated the place but I have a kind suggestion: Maybe you could upgrade the swimming pool area and add plants, there is a real potential to make it a very comfy and green cocoon. Also, I was attacked by mosquitoes in the belvédère spot, and suggest adding a net It It was ok for me but you should know you have a short walk to reach city center ( with some slope but not long)
