The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the sea. I had a single room with a beautiful view of the pool, the city and also the sea. The hotel staff as well as the facilities, cleanliness, comfort and very helpful reception staff are a big plus. Otranto is a beautiful historic town, I definitely recommend the beach right in town. The gentle entry into the sea is very suitable for children and non-swimmers. The hotel also has a private beach available to guests for a fee.

A bit weak breakfast for a 4 star hotel. Anyone expecting a hot counter with a selection of dishes will be disappointed. The only hot food served during breakfast was scrambled eggs. What pleased and surprised me, however, was the fresh coffee. No machine, but the staff brought the guests really great fresh coffee straight from the kitchen.

Our room was a good size with a large balcony overlooking sea and countryside. We were about a 20 minute walk from old town we enjoyed the walk most evening along the coast - fabulous views . Beaches only 5 minutes away .Ostuni itself was a lovely surprise a lively picturesque town .

Unfortunately we weren’t impressed with breakfast and staff in dinning room not helpful , getting anyone's attention to get a coffee was a challenge not once did anyone approach us, this lack of basic hospitality put us off having evening meal at hotel

All staff were very helpful, efficient and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was very clean. We liked that we had clean towels and bedding several times during our 7 night stay.

We were a little disappointed because the pool was being cleaned every morning so we were not able to have a morning swim. There was what looked like a nice bar but it wasn’t open although if an alcoholic drink was required we could ask for one at reception which wasn’t quite the same. No kettle in rooms and nowhere to get a cup of coffee or hot drink.

Underground parking available, although as it was October there was plenty of street parking. Good size room, plenty of hot water available. Excellent restaurant for dinner, we only ate there once but it was superb. 30€ for 3 courses, the best fillet steak I've ever eaten.

The overall impression of the hotel was that it needed a little bit of updating with some luxury items, the room was adequate but lacked frills. There was no tea or coffee making facilities, although reception would make some for you.

Fantastic staff, so helpful and friendly. Room was perfect, always kept clean and great shower and large balcony. Swimming pool was great and Sunbed’s comfortable. Food was excellent…not buffet style, made to order.

Mostly perfect…no entertainment or facilities for kids..but that didn’t affect us as we’re a couple…lunch during the day would have been a bonus especially on the days that it rained.

Clean and quiet with swimming pool which was great at the end of a hot day. Up graded to larger room with larger bed at no extra cost as the room with disability shower had a very small double bed which wasn’t adequate. Good breakfast.

Hotel has limited bar and food facilities and was a good 20 minute walk into town.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Location about 10 minute walk to old town but with some nice views and photo ops of town along the way. They have a deal with a beach about 3 min walk called the Atlantis where you can rent beds and unbrellas - water is calm and crystal clear. Approx. €35 for 2 people (a bit steep) so we went to the small public section and used our own towels - hard to find a spot though as it's mostly rocky. Hotel has a pool that takes up the whole outside, it's very deep but nice, room for about 10 people to sunbathe. Breakfast was grand, its the same most places, fills a gap. Balconies in rooms also. I would recommend, for a nice quiet break, maybe not for kids or families as not alot to entertain the kids in that specific location and pool is deep in one end and could be dangerous but also not alot of room for them to run around it etc. In fairness it is perfect for what we wanted and the staff are very nice. Free parking anywhere along the right hand side of the road outside.

Nothing at all really. Just to note there is no Iron or Tea / Coffee making facilities in the rooms, but you can always get by without this so I wouldnt base a decision on these.

It was a bit out of main town but walkable distance to train station. The room was not equipped with kettle or cups or basic cutlery, but reception did provide these on request.

This is the third time we have stayed here which says it all! The location is excellent- close to the beach & a short walk into the old town. The room is a good size with a balcony & spotless. A good choice for breakfast. It’s also nice to have the option of a pool as well as the beach. The staff are friendly & helpful.

A great location, about 800metres from harbour front and town. Good swimming pool, not much surrounding area though, but sufficient. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good varied breakfast available. Friendly helpful staff and on site parking available. A few little bays and a very small public area beach within 200 yds.

The restaurant had a set menu only each day, but not far into town for alternatives. The prices charged for sunbeds and parasols at the beaches nearest the hotel were extortionate- although nothing to do with hotel. A good public beach with very reasonably charged sunbeds and parasols available on the public beach in the town.
