Really nice location not far from the train station or main piazza and roman amphiteatre in town. The manager Piero was fantastic and friendly and did his best to communicate in English when he could (we spoke in a little Italian as well). He even picked me up from the train station and dropped me off. He also answered all the questions i had about Lecce travel and brought extra towels when I explained I was going to the beach. A really nice touch was the warm breakfast they brought in the morning, with the option of sleeping in to have yogurt and dry breakfast (eg crackers) or fruit. The warm breakfast included a local pasticciotto (a pastry invention from Lecce filled with cream) and sometimes a fresh crusty roll that you could put butter and jam on (in the cabinet or fridge in the room). I liked that there was a small table in the room as well because when I needed to work, I had the option of using the patio area (which had room for so many people - at least a dozen), or your room. It was not expected, but I also liked that there was a cleaning service every day because I could anticipate fresh towels. Also good: wifi, a/c, hot water, and using keys to get in and out of the property. It is very safe, and because there's an outdoor area, it seems pet friendly as well. I didnt discover it until the day I left, but there was an outdoor shower too. That wouldve been nice to use after a day at the beach! The price was absolutely excellent for the value, location, and stay.

Honestly, the stay here was so nice and friendly, i would stay here again or some place similar the next time I go to Lecce. I would also say the mattress was a little flimsy - it was still comfortable, but compared to other hotels and bookings I tried this year, this would be one thing to maybe improve.

I loved everything! The location was perfect and the place was incredible. The garden of the B&B was a little paradise. The breakfast was always very tasty. Pierandrea is an incredibly kind and helpful person. It was exactly as I had imagined before going, and even better. Everything crystal clean and fragrant. And I left this place with a beautiful sweet memory. <3 <3 Thank you very much!

The room was very close to the old town but in a nice, quiet area with a beautiful garden. The setting with the living area with sofabed below and the room above is also very convenient. We got every morning fresh pastries for breakfast and Pier Andrea was very kind informing us how to park free of charge or even paying for the parking and also informing us about the city. If I had a question or issue (like with the parking) he came by after 5 minutes.

It can be a bit tricky to park. But when I did not find the "sort of" defined space at the door free and I had to park in the street (which one needs to pay for), Piero payed for my parking, which is a very nice gesture! Also they should say in advance, that they will charge extra for the laundry of the 2nd set of bedsheets if you choose to sleep in separate beds. As I was travelling with my teenager son, the set up with 2 bed spaces was one of the reasons to book this accommodation.

What a lovely place to stay. Just close enough to the old town to walk to without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Hosts were most well and let us park directly out the from of the accommodation. Comfortable room and very nice breakfast out on the porch or in the garden.

Would have liked a kettle to make a cup of tea but I find that a lot of places don’t supply them. The stairs are tricky to the bedroom upstairs.

Our host, Pieto was exceptional! He warmly welcomed us and made excellent recommendations. We tried the Pizzaria, La Perla, and its pizzas were exceptionally good. The property seems well cared for and very close to old town; less than 10 minutes walk. The shower water pressure was the best of all the places we stayed at.

Piero was an exceptional host - kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Some of the best hospitality we have experienced anywhere in the world, thank you! Apartment is even more beautiful than the photos, with a wonderful courtyard. It is perfectly located just outside the old city. Everything you may want to get to is 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Apartment we were in has steep stairs (as seen in the photos) and isn't suitable for those with mobility issues.

Piero is the perfect host, very knowledgeable and helpful. A very good breakfast which unfortunately because of the weather had to be eaten inside. Otherwise you can eat it outside the door to your room in a quiet, secluded garden. You feel privileged to see the inside of a traditional Lecce apartment. A short walk away from the old city and the railway station

The garden was such a treat to enjoy breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. We were within walking distance to the old town with easy parking. Our host was delightful, was so welcoming and sharing his time and knowledge.

Maybe some tea and coffee making facilities would be nice but it was so easy to get a drink nearby.

Piero was an amazing host, making sure our daily breakfast was as we wanted it. He went out of his way to help us with a medical issue, driving us to and translating at a farmacia. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the Giardino looked beautiful, with an impressive meters tall cactus as centrepiece.

The breakfast, the parking, being so quiet, the friendly owners, and the short walk to the old center of town. Very comfortable hideaway bed.

We are 80 years of age so we couldn’t climb the latter stairs to the normal bed. The was no railing. No closet just a rack to hang clothes upstairs.
