The property is centrally located and just 7-10 mins walk to the main center/landmarks and there are lots of shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. The room is big, spacious & clean. There is a balcony as well. The bathroom is just outside the room but just for our use and has a key lock. Simone is very responsive and communicated to us through what’s app. Met her at the property for check in, she showed us around and gave some helpful information about the area. She prepared the breakfast in the morning at the kitchen and served us in the room. The breakfast is simple but delicious.

Not about the property but if you are driving or have a car then finding a parking spot might be a challenge. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon so we got free parking for that day(you don’t need to pay for car park on Sundays in Lecce, it’s free) the car park is just outside the property. On other days we have to pay at the machine and costs €1:30 per hour. It’s very hard to find a parking spot in the Evenings and on busy days. No private parking at the property.

The location of the B&B (situated, like many such in the south of Italy, in an apartment building), was superb for exploring the historical city center of Lecce. It was about a 10 minute walk from the center, and a 15 minute walk from the main train station. The airy room was kept spotlessly clean by the kind and attentive woman who was our contact from start to finish, and it was quiet at night despite its central location. Communication with the B&B was answered promptly, even when the water went out in our unit! They solved the problem within the hour. Just something to keep in mind: Breakfast IS offered on the premises, and it is a choice between what Italians call "toast" (usually, a hot, crustless sandwich with fillings such as ham and cheese) or a sweet option (a croissant or a local pastry--the specialty of the region), and if desired, juice, granola, yogurt and your choice of coffee--all of which is served cheerfully in your room. There is no specific dining room in the apartment (as there would be at a hotel)--just so travelers know. Also, unless you tell the kind woman who makes and brings you your breakfast that you would like to try a different option the next morning, you will receive the same selections daily--just another thing to keep in mind! My friend and I were in Lecce at the very end of November, and the cost per night for what we received was excellent.

We booked the room because it had one main, queen-sized bed and a pull-out sofa bed, but we did not realize that unless we specified that we wished to use both they were not both immediately "available." What this means is that the sofa bed was not made up and cost an additional 15 Euros per night if we wanted to use it. Not a significant cost, but something that we did not realize we had to specify. (My apologies to the B&B if this detail was noted in the listing, and we missed it!)

We had a lovely stay at Armonia B&B. Simone was a great host. She kept in contact regularly and gave us good recommendations for local places to eat, where to go to the beach from Lecce and how to catch the bus. Breakfast was plentiful every morning, Simone prepared this every day for us. The room and bathroom were kept very clean and tidy. The apartment is just on the edge of the old town, around a 15minute walk from the train station. Saturday night was a bit noisy outside but the other nights were fine.

As everyone has said in these reviews, Simona is a wonderful host: kind, attentive, and generous with her substantial breakfasts that she serves in your room. The B&B is housed in a beautiful, stately building centrally located with a view of the castle, with restaurants and cafes across the street and a laundromat a couple of blocks away. It's very close to all the old town attractions and not far from the railway station. Our room was spacious and bright with a comfortable bed, very good wifi and an excellent shower. Simona does housekeeping every day, changes towels every second day, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Lecce is a beautiful little city and Armonia B&B is an ideal place to stay.

The street noise can be loud but the rooms have wooden shutters that effectively block out sound.

I would repeat the experience tomorrow if I could. This is the best stay you can ask for. Everything is perfect! Simone is the best host! She has patience, helps you with whatever you need, recommended the best restaurants and the best pasticciotto place. Room was very big, spotless clean, everything you need for a good stay. The balcony is very cute and the view is amazing. AC working nicely. We had the room with separate bathroom which was no problem, we had key. Perfect location, near everything. Well preserved old building. All in all a great experience!

We had wonderful time in Lecce staying in Armonia B&B. The location is excellent, at the edge of the old town, close to all the attractions. We stayed in an apartment with private bathroom and large balcony with street and castle view. The apartment is large and nicely decorated, has very high ceiling with beautiful paintings. Simona was a wonderful host. She informed me everything we need to know on WhatsApp before and after our arrival. She prepared good breakfast in the shared kitchen each morning and brought to our room. She also helped to call a taxi for us on the check-out day. We appreciated all she did for us. Highly recommended.

Everything was AMAZING. Simone is a kind and wonderful host and the BnB is spectacular. The room is spacious with a balcony overlooking the castle, and has its own bathroom. It’s in a great location. Simone’s attention to detail in looking after her guests is incredible. The room and bathroom were spotless and kept that way every day by Simone. We were given many choices for breakfast - sweet, savoury, yogurt, granola, coffee, juice, etc. The best BnB we’ve stayed in - thank you SO much Simone!

This was a great experience - our room was huge with wonderfully high ceilings and a balcony that wrapped around the room. The room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom was huge and the access to a small kitchen stocked with tea and coffee facilities on the same floor was so convenient for a chronic tea drinker like me. Our host was exceptionally accommodating and very responsive to any query. She also delivered a very good breakfast to our room each morning, consisting of granola, Yoghurt, Cereal, fruit, choice of a delicious local pastry/croissant or ham and cheese toast, tea/coffee, juice - great start to the day. The location was across the road from the old city and parking was very convenient in the street outside - cheaper than a parking station using a parking app to pay remotely. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again if I return.

It can get a little noisy on a Saturday night, however the host thoughtfully provided some ear plugs in case we needed them.

This was a comfortable stay in a very well done up property. Probably the most convenient location you could find in Lecce with everything at a walk distance. The old town is literally a minutes walk away. Its clean and well maintained. Every the balcony was spotless. Ms Simone was kind and helpful. Its located on a busy street but you do not make that out in the room. Definitely recommended.

Very good location, just 6 minutes walk to the theater I needed to go; and even though it was on the main street, the room was on the 4th floor (high enough), no noise disturbed me. The building was beautiful with classic high ceiling, with elevators next to the entrance door, and the room was very spacious/renovated. It had a good light insulation on the window, so the night owl could sleep well in the complete darkness even after the sun was up. Very clean facility. a garderobe was with sufficient number of hungers to keep long dresses straight without touching the floor. The lady of the house personally prepared the breakfast (choice of sweet, or savory options) which was brought to my room, even when I overslept a bit of the fixed time. She was very kind and helpful, trying to find out a schedule for my train to other town etc. Wifi connection, water pressure etc were all excellent.

Everything was very good! If I must say one concern, it was the heater! On the first night it was nice and hot! But, from the next day they were kept cold... I wanted to turn them on, but, even when I changed room temperature switches, it was turned off, and I could not figure out how to turn them on! Also, I wish I could eat breakfast a bit later at flexible opportunity... but, that's just me! I eat my breakfast very late... hahaha! For normal guests, there will be no problem! ;) (* - Just be careful how many times you turn the key, coz it can get stuck if you turn it more than 2 times!)
