You can not get a better family accomodation in the very heart of Lecce. The view is amazing. The apartment has extremely high ceiling making it a perfect duplex with 2 full size double beads. The location is central, making all of the historical center of Lecce within a 5-10 minutes walk. The breakfast is provided in the caffe in the next building with the same name (using 5EUR vouchers per person), and the options to choose from are huge, both savory and sweet. The caffe staff is also extremely polite and helpful. I recommed this to anyone visiting Lecce, for a true city experience.

Maybe some kind of ventilation for the toilet would make it even better.

The location is very good, close to everything. Room is quite spacious, room and bathroom were clean. There is a nice caffe down the B&B, where we had nice breakfast.

I regret it was not mentioned before that the square and around were under construction. Would be nice to add a light in the room since it was a little dark. A little minus was also the automatic light in the bathroom, it would switch off after quite a long time, so during night it is not very practical.

Location is brilliant. Right on the central piazza. Room was large, clean and comfortably.

Two downside issues: • They market themselves as a bed and breakfast. It is not. Their idea of supplying breakfast is to give a €5 p.p. voucher to a Cafe which does not even cover the cost of a croissant and coffee. • No coffee facilities in the room, only tea

The place is right at the plaza so everything we did was just by walking a few blocks. The rooms and bathroom were clean and our host Barbara was excellent. She communicated well and even assisted us in finding the place when we arrived at night. She was quick in answering my messages when I had questions.

The air conditioning was not that strong so with the summer heat, we would have wanted a colder room. We booked the suite with three rooms and only one small room had another portable air conditioner which helped. The bigger family room with two floors did not cool much especially if sleeping on the second floor. Parking is also a 9 minute walk from the property, so we had to walk under the heat just to get the cars.

Located opposite the Roman Amphitheatre, on one of the main squares in the old town. A breakfast voucher was provided for the cafe below, a basic coffee and pastry were available for the voucher amount - if you wanted more a supplement was payable.

Problems with the shower - couldn't turn it on without being soaked and couldn't have a shower without getting hair wet !

Very central, overlooking the main piazza. Short walk to all the main sites. Spacious, well-appointed room and toilet. High ceilings.

No elevator so you have to bring up luggage. Difficult for senior travelers. However, the person who checked us in kindly carried our heavy luggage for us.

The location is super and in the heart of the historic centre. Everything is walking distance.

The restaurant's garbage bins were located below our window, and at night they kept opening and shutting them.

Everything was perfect, very central location. Parked in parkejoo 950m and 20e per night. Correspondence was on WhatsApp and code to get in which was perfect for us. Breakfast was lovely too , typically Italian and the waiter spoke good English for us , (to explain the menu.)Lecce was fab and would definitely recommend alvino suites.

These apartments overlook the historic square, and the little balcony allows you sit out and catch the sun, and people watch, the people in the square below while having a coffee or drink. Barbara the host was brilliant giving us tips, like where to park 7 mins walk away, which was meant to be €18 per day, but it was free for 3 days as it was only new!!! (parkjoo), The rooms were huge with really high ceilings, and the shower etc was just brilliant. I cannto recommend this highly enough.

Very little - as an Irishman I love my big breakfast, but the Italians only do coffee and croissants - so we switched and had big lunches like they do!

Excellent location right in the center with direct views of the amphitheater ! Room was unbelievably clean, absolutely spotless and quiet. We stayed there on a Saturday night and the festivities outside the window were very loud with the doors to the balcony open, but everything went quiet once the doors were closed! Only drawback is street parking is hard to find so we parked our car in a lot about a 10 minute walk from the Hotel.
