Location, air con, size of room, bed was very comfortable, quiet location no traffic noise, breakfast was good, and room decoration was good. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking location & costs before arriving was not clear. No tissues in the room on arrival, toilet did not stop flushing and toilet seat needs to be replaced as it was discoloured in room 101. The Shower gel/shampoo sachets were annoying & the quantity of soap was far too small and difficult to open. No shelf in shower to store your things.

Central location. Great breakfast - lots of choice. Other than one individual (see below) the staff were lovely.

We arrived at 8pm on 2 October - a very rainy evening having travelled 12 hours - many delays. We received the least welcoming welcome from the young man on reception I think I've ever had in YEARS of hotel travel. Of course, the delays we'd experienced were nothing to do with him but his attitude was crap. We mentioned it to one of his colleagues the following day as it had really rankled - this is a 4* hotel- but he said he was probably tired. Really? He really let his colleagues down as they were so lovely the following day.

being told upon our arrival that the valet parking service was no longer available, having had this service confirmed by email the previous day. Staff were not interested that we had to find parking outside of town!

Beautiful building, great central location for city centre and the station and near a couple of fabulous restaurants and bars

Breakfast, wasn’t great. We went at 09:15 - it was supposed to be until 10am and there was an obvious lack of items. The breakfast room had amazing views from the roof top, but due to the glass roof and the fact that some cold items weren’t refrigerated or being kept cool, items such as butter, cheese , hams, yoghurts were room temperature, not good in the summer heat of Lecce. Such a shame the lovely roof terrace with a few seats was closed off to guests.The whole area would’ve made for a great place to enjoy an evening aperitif.

This hotel is in the perfect location. In the middle of the historic district. Parked nearby, outside the wall, easy access to hotel. The rooftop breakfast area is spectacular. Breakfast was terrific. View from there was outstanding. Make sure to go up the glass stairs to the very top rooftop. Amazing view.

Agreed that this is a very old building. My original room on the 3rd floor was unbearably hot, stifling in fact. No window! Happily I was able to get another room on the main floor that was much cooler and comfortable. With the exception of the night receptionist, the staff was very unfriendly. Taciturn even. They do not seem to have much job satisfaction. I mean a smile would have been nice! Their buongiorno greeting was obviously a chore for them!

The hotel is located in a perfect part of Lecce with restaurants close by and the church of Santa Chiara directly in front. Loved our room 205 with view to front of church and all restaurants. Staff were fantastic in particular Roberto who was very helpful. Parking directly out front within blue lines much cheaper than car park. Roberto helped me with an app Easypark where you just top up your stay and payment. Left car there 3 days total 8 euro. Breakfast on 4th floor lovely has the basic choice of toast, cold meats, eggs, ceral , yoghurt fruit and sweet choices. Hotel has a lift which is a bonus. Beds comfortable pillows good and air conditioning worked very well. You are literally in the middle of all touristic things to see. You can walk everywhere and flat. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Shower a little small particularly if you're a larger person like me but managed.

The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The location cannot be better in Lecce. My family stayed in another room with small children and I believe they share my very positive feelings about the room, staff and hotel. Breakfast was nice and had a nice assortment of items to cater to the multi-national guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, staff and cost.

I went to check out the fitness center, it was the only disappointment. They need to find a better location and give it more space.

Location is excellent, it’s a small hotel quite cosy, very smart looking from the outside. The rooftop breakfast room is super. The reception staff were very helpful. Very reasonable pricing. Breakfast was excellent.

The shower wasn’t great and the hot tub in the room wasn’t working. Not overly keen on the roof windows, it made it feel a little like a cell.

A large room for single use on a high floor with a view over the rooftops of Lecce to Santa Irene church. The large shower was really hot which I liked very much. Breakfast was set out on the top floor with views again over rooftops and the small rooftop terrace filled with plants gave views all round.

There was no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room and no bar or coffee available in the hotel, apart from at breakfast. I was directed to a nearby cafe and there bought a take away coffee.

It was very well located in the historic centre, lots of restaurants & bars close by. The hotel was extremely comfortable. The weather was cold & wet but the hotel always warm & welcoming. I had a single room & I thought it was great value.

We were staying "off season" & the bar was closed. Also breakfast was not exceptional. This was probably due to there not being many guests at yhis time of year.
