The location was really good to visit Lecce easily. It was calm and spacious and the bathroom was very clean !

The main issue is the contact with the property. Access to the room is controlled through an app and you can only talk to someone through texts or calls. I do not recommend booking it if you need some flexibility in your arrival and your departure especially if you need to have a place to leave your bags for the day because you won’t be able to as the place is not manned by anyone. We were in contact with different people in the chat and none took the time to read what the other had said before so the information was really mixed and we weren’t sure of anything. Plus we were finally told we could leave our bags at their office before our check in however the office in question turned out to be in a different city, which the person should have known had they checked our booking.

They should re-think the check-in process. You have to download their app and then type in all the details of all the people staying into an online form with all the prompts in Italian and also submit a photo of the passports. We booked last-minute and were trying to do all this outside in the street. Luckily it wasn't raining. They did eventually relent when I phoned them and sent us the entrance code after we just sent photos of our passports. When we got in the appartment it was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect, in the old town of Lecce, near everything. Also on walking distance from the train station (10 minutes) The room was big with high ceiling and big windows.

The shower drainage was clogged which resulted in a shower tub that was always full. The check in was down when we arrived what gave some issues. But I can imagine it’s only a one time thing.

Location, communicaton and cleaning the room every day

Entering the room is not easy without using application.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect.

The confusion getting in due to the app not being updated when I was kindly granted early entry. We also expected drinking water to be provided, but none was.

The location was right in old town which was great. The station is about 15 minutes walk away. The facilities were good and towels were changed.

Sometimes a great location comes with some noise which was the case here as my room flanked a street in old town. But if the noise keeps you up just use some earplugs!

Instructions about how to get access could have been clearer. The App they send out has not been updated with the latest information and wifi password etc.

A nice place, close to the historic centre, with a good little snack tray, coffee and tea

Furnishings were more basic than expected. The snack tray took up the whole desk. The chairs weren't great and the wi-fi was very intermittent.

Very well located, close to all attractions around Central Lecce. Clean and tidy room. Good communication with owners, cannot comment on staff as there weren't any. All comms by WhatsApp and clear instructions.

Light not working on ground floor after entrance,so a bit of a struggle first arriving with bags, with 3 keys to choose and use to get to the room in the dark (late evening arrival). It's OK once you learn all the keys!
