Beautiful hotel in a unique restored historic building with a very high level of personal service from the friendly and attentive staff and management. Our Junior Suite had outrageously high ceilings, an enormous bathroom and a beautiful view of Lecce from the balcony that we enjoyed every day. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and abundant, with changing homemade treats every day like quiche, pinsa and cakes, the option for made-to-order eggs and nice selections of cheese, charcuterie and pastries. The rooftop breakfast and bar area was also a great place to chill and we enjoyed good cocktails there for aperitivo several times.

While the minimalist design of the room is beautiful, in some cases this seemed to be at the expense of function - for example the closet was fairly small and there were no drawers for clothes, only a few small shelves, and while the bathroom was huge, space for toiletries was limited. I think the cleanness of the design could be maintained while adding a few more storage amenities.

So happy that I opted for this beautiful, discrete palazzo in Lecce. The attention to every detail here is considered and elegant. The stars however are Raffaella & Giuseppe who made our stay a delight from our glasses of Prosecco on the rooftop at check in to the help they gave us with restaurants and moving around. They are the perfect stress erasers…they even patiently allowed me to practice my Italian on them. A great stay.

Our room was the cheapest and so for that our window looked into the road and onto the opposite building. Spend more if you want something else.

We had a great stay here for three days. It is a beautiful property with modern design elements in a historic building fabric. Comfortable bed and room. It is set apart by fantastic staff who go a great job welcoming you, introducing you to Lecce, and making sure you are very comfortable. This was the best service we had in our entire month! Great stay!!!

It would be nice to have more pillow options.

The location in the old town is great, our room was clean, large and very relaxing, the decor was great and the bathroom amazing! The large bath/shower was so good! The hotel rooftop area with small cool off pool, sun beds and bar was great for relaxing in the afternoon. The service was amazing and super helpful throughout, on arrival we had lots of info about the city and recommendations for food which was very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Having irons/a steamer in the room would be helpful

We were completely delighted with our stay in Lecce. This boutique hotel was everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect, beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast is freshly made to order with a variety of healthy choices. What stood out for us was the extremely kind and courteous hospitality. The staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We will surely be back, you will not be disappointed!!

Everything was great!!

The room was really comfortable, the staff couldn’t do enough for you & the breakfast was superb. The roof terrace & splash pool were also a great addition to the stay & it was nice to be able to have a drink at the bar. The location was close to restaurants & the main tourist sites.

The hotel was great but the only real improvement would be the lift which was a bit slow.

Even before we arrived they were very kind and helping us! They gave us a surprise with an upgrade , the suite was beautiful , confortable and modern. Everything worked perfectly!, Breakfast was delicious and the service exceptional But the most beautiful experience was with the staff!! Rafaela and Giuseppe at the reception were very helpful and they organize our days with maps and recomendations. We felt that we make new friends. This hotel is exceptional. Absolutely nothing

The location is fantastic- right in the centre of the old town in Lecce. We loved the decor of the hotel and the breakfast but the highlight was the staff- the friendliest I’ve ever had in Italy. Lecce old town is difficult to drive in and we had problems getting our car near the hotel- however, after a phone call the hotel staff came and found us and took us to the hotel. Fantastic service!

At this price point, the rooms really should have coffee machines.

We loved the location which was perfectly placed in the historic quarter of Lecce, so all the restaurants & sightseeing was a short walk away! Palazzo da Noha has been beautifully restored, in a comfortable but modern style, we stayed in one of the new Annex rooms in a private courtyard, with a spa/ jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was served on a lovely sunny rooftop, where there was a small plunge pool to cool off after a hot day of sightseeing! The hotel also offers parking to their guests, it’s advisable to book in advance, but preferable to finding a parking space on the street. All the staff without exception were so kind & helpful throughout our stay, from the 2 lovely girls who served breakfast to Gianmarco & Raffaella with their advice on restaurants & places of interest, the service was outstanding!

The location is absolutely excellent - within the old city and easily accessible to everything. Also simple too find by car (not that you need one in the city) and the parking is an absolute bonus! The hotel is an old palazzo that has been transformed into a boutique, stylish, art filled hotel with beautifully appointed rooms, a lovely big (for a small hotel) entrance and two welcome outdoor areas - the top with a gorgeous, albeit small, pool! The Team there are magnificent in every way - polite and professional but warm and friendly. Nothing was a problem - from booking restaurants to helping with an urgent document... and the breakfast, well it is incredible! Served up by the lovely pool, looking over the roof tops, it is the perfect start to your day!
