The flat was really comfortable, clean and practical. Francesco was very helpful, he allowed us to access the flat early in the morning of out first day (we had travelled with a night train and were glad we could take a shower) and he found a solution to keep our luggages on the last day (although other people were arriving on that day). And the pastries delivered in the morning were a real pleasure :) thanks !

Everything was perfect, Francesco had a lot of very nice advice and attentions. He was also flexible and very welcoming. Regarding the place, it is perfectly located, cloae to the historical center but quiet, the kitchen is well equiped and everyting is clean and comfortable. I warmly recommend !

I recommend the place with its excellent location (close to the train and bus station, in the city center next to restaurants and sightseeing) Late checkin was big advantage for us, Francesco our host wait for us. We reserved a single room with bath B&B and were upgraded to a small apartment at no additional charge. We had a kitchen and the breakfast provided was packaged pastries, juice plus everything to make coffee. Also fresh locally made pastries were delivered every morning. We were very comfortable and in walking distance of the sights of the old city and many bars and restaurants, but on a quiet small alley. Francesco advised on on avoiding the restricted driving zone and recommended a free parking area. We will stay again if we return to Lecce.

The rooms are very comfortable and in a great location. Francesco is an amazing and communicative host - always checks in with his guests. Makes sure we're comfortable and is available if anything goes wrong.

Excellent location right near the train station and yet in the old town. Francesco was extremely helpful and flexible om check out time, which we very much appreciated. He also has great suggestions for restaurants!

Location is good, close walking to the central of Lecce and all historical area. Francesco is very friendly and very nice. He brought us a fresh pastry in the morning and give us detail about Lecce. Free parking is not too far, only 5mins walking to the property.

It's about cleanliness. Inside the room, we feel it's not as much clean. Some dust on the floor and under the bed.

Francesco was right on top of everything! I felt very welcome and it was great to have a place to drop off my bags so that I could freely walk around and discover Lecce. He supplied me with great places to eat and visit in the city. Francesco had everything that I needed easily available. It was a nice place to stay for a visit in Lecce.
