The location and the friendly staff were brilliant. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious. The garden looked like it would be wonderful in warmer weather. Overall, good value for money. We would certainly return.

Minor issues: the bed was pretty creaky, the shower holder wouldn't stay up. We mentioned these issues to the owner, but it was unclear whether/when they would be fixed. The Bordeaux welcome mat was slightly confusing!

Everything was better than expected. A truly amazing place: well located (I had no problem to park the car and the center of the city is on the other side of the street), good breakfast, wonderful facilities.

The property is located at an excellent spot next to the old town center. It is also an amazing old building turned into a B&B and you can see all the old fashioned characteristics. The room was extremely spacious, clean and with all the amenities, plus it was cleaned everyday. The staff are really friendly and helpful and welcome you every morning. The breakfast might seem small but it’s full of variety and typical Italian tastes which was amazing. Would definitely recommend and it was absolutely value for money. Also there is free parking outside and the area is super safe. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The service!

The hotel was perfectly placed to get to all the main sites & the train station. We stayed for two nights. The room was big. We opted for a third bed to be added and it was a very comfortable sleep. The staff were really helpful and friendly, getting us extra bits that we asked for eg corkscrew. Breakfast was plentiful with good range of foods to choose from. Lovely garden too, which we spent a sunny few hours in. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful grounds with a serene garden to relax in. Room was large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to all the historical churches, restaurants, shopping, etc. Breakfast was excellent with many fresh baked goods each day. Daily room cleaning and a kind and friendly staff made this the perfect location for several days in Lecce.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious – made even better by enjoying it on the beautiful garden patio. Secure on-site parking was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Accommodation is located about 12 minutes’ walk from the historic centre of Lecce. In the same directions is also grocery store. A room was spacious, in the hallway there was a table with two chairs and a fridge offering water, bier and cola (very competitive prices). The bathroom was very large and fully equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. The accommodation offers sweet (typical Italian) and savory breakfast (bread, cold meets and some cheese), which we liked a lot. Parking: free street parking or paid garden parking

Great room in Lecce! Free parking can be found out of season, which is an advantage! The hotel also has a courtyard parking, which can be used! Suitable for two people for a few days! The Old Center is not 200 meters from the room! I recommend staying there!

The hotel itself is already worn out and the furniture and bathroom need to be renovated!

This large unit was very comfortable, spacious and in a convenient location, just a 5-10 minute walk to the center of the beauriful old town. TDhe owner was very helpful and there was an abundance of well lit street parking right in front. |Breakfast was plenetiful. This is a charming facility with great services such as daily towel changes. I recommend.

We were there for three nights and did not experience a single negative.
