What a wonderful stay! Everything is perfect at Volver B&B! Amazing base to discover Lecce and the rest of Puglia - it is located few steps from the Railway Station (but without any disturbing noises!) and in the short walking distance to Centro Storico, the real "Florence of the South". We have rented the whole apartment - spacious, clean, well-equiped and atmospheric, with the genuine feel of staying at Italian authentic Palazzo. Do not expect modern space - it is authentic and full of charm. The Host, Federica, is amazing and kind, she is making you feel like at home, but at the same time with respecting total privacy of guests. The contact was professional, self check-in very easy and yes, thank you for delicious Pasticciotto cakes as welcome gift! When (and not if!) we return to Lecce, Volver will become our home again!

Nothing - everything was perfect! Yes, there are some stairs to reach the apt, but nothing to be worried about - nice exercise and wonderful feel of entering the real Italian Palazzo!

Beautiful, spacious, old-fashioned room with high ceiling and antique furniture (and cold terrazzo floor). Parking (metered) was possible in front of the building. close to train station and old city centre.

I had a wonderful stay at Volver B&B! Federica is an exceptional host—always available, responsive, and provides all the necessary information in a clear and straightforward way. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, bright, and impeccably clean with daily housekeeping. The location couldn’t be better—just a one-minute walk from the railway station and within easy reach of the old town. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Volver B&B. The style of the place is a very charming Italian apartment. It is ideally located a 3-5 minute walk to the train station in one direction and a 5-7 minute walk in the other direction to the historical city center. The host was super friendly and accommodating. We had the room with a spacious balcony, where we really enjoyed having our aperetivo.

The only negative points would be the stairs to get to the apartment if you have lots of luggage. No big deal for us, and the host offered to help us, but this could be strenuous to certain people with mobility issues.

The old building itself and the communal area of the B&B are full of character and the bedroom is large, light, clean, comfortable and furnished in keeping. The terrace is a real bonus. As mentioned by others, the breakfasts are delicious, varied, plentiful and offered locally sourced/grown products. The location of Volver couldn’t be better for accessing the old town, the train station and bus stops but is also relatively peaceful and feels safe. The host, Federica, maintains the perfect balance between being available and helpful when required but quietly discreet and unobtrusive when not. Communication before and during is efficient and clear. Lecce is a stunning city and a great base for exploring Salento and Volver B&B would be hard to beat.

Beautiful host who helped us with parking & early check in. Big spacious apartment especially for 2 people if you get the self contained unit. What you see is what you get. It’s perfect for staying in Lecce and exploring Salento.

We didn’t have any issues. However, there could be some washing liquid for the machine provided & some more basic cooking ingredients for the self contained apartment.

A spacious, clean and beautiful property in a walkable distance from the city center. The hostess was helpful and nice. Public transportation is near the location.

There isn’t any option to access tap water except bathroom. You may boil water in the breakfast room though but still a tap and a sink would be nice in common areas. No markets anywhere near. AC was mounted so that it couldn’t cool down well the high ceiling room.

Our host, Federika and her assistant, Imma were outstanding - friendly and very helpful. Our questions and requests were responded to immediately. The location is excelllent, close to the train station, the old town and many restaurants close by. Be aware that the apartments are on the third floor and building has no lift/elevator. This was fine for us, although Imma did carry our carry-on luggage up when we arrived and back down when we had completed our stay. There was always plenty of hot water.

The weather, and consequently the building, we’re unseasonably cool during our stay and quite chilly the first night. However, Federika came over as soon as I texted her and was able to quickly resolve this issue.

The room is very close to the train station and with plenty of free parking spots around the building. The decor is very vintage in which I really like a lot and the cleanliness is good.

The stairs can be a bit of a challenge if your luggage is heavy but it is expected with most of the old buildings in Europe.

The view, the balcony, the coffee machine, the shared fridge, the original furniture. Frederica's reactivity and flexibility regarding check in. An interesting list of visits, also off the beaten tracks.

The stairs to climb (as announced in the presentation, so no bad feelings...). Breakfast was too late for us.
